Bring back Muller Yoghurt!!!
-
any news on the team line up yet?
-
or perhaps we'll sign an attacking midfield player and MON will convert him to a striker?
-
All games are now must win games but that is in our hands.
Hopefully Gabby will come in for Heskey, if he isn't fit Delfouneso should be used.
If Dunne is injured Cuellar will move to centre back and Luke Young in at right back. Luke Young should start at right back either way.
Downing has looked tired in the last few games, perhaps a start for Albrighton worst way the whole second half in his right position.
Knowing MON it will be the same team as Saturday with Heskey dropped for Gabby.
-
All we did is cross, very obvious, very ineffectual. One dimensional rubbish.
Missed Gabby today.
Why we have 2 right backs on the bench and Cuellar had a shocker!
Why our subs bring their boots is a mystery, I'm sure Albrighton enjoyed his introduction.
-
All i want is 3 points, games in hand are nothing without it!!!
If we win we go 5th for a short period of time, 4th if we have a mega goal fest.
-
i'd play but MON will stick with the same 11 from the last 2 games
Friedel
L Young Dunne Cuellar Warnock
Albrighton Petrov Delph Milner A Young
Agbonlahor

The players looked very tired in the first half, our complete lack of squad rotation sadly having an obvious effect.
Second was much improved but when we looked tired again with 20 to go still no subs from MON. I often wonder whether he has no faith in his bench or doesn't know how to use them?
That aside a fantastic victory, a first win for MON in March and back to Wembley we go, hopefully against Portsmouth!!!
-
i'd like to see this line up 4-5-1 style, with albrighton and delfouneso joing the fray if we're up a couple of goals with 25 mins to play.

Very glad of the win and an away goal. Possibly two penalty decisions missed by the ref, at least one solid one.
Average performance in midfield last night, second half we looked over run at times which lead to a lot of last ditch defending and defending in large numbers.
Milner played well, Downing looked lively and creative some very good crosses.
I thought Reo-Coker would have been a better option that Sidwell for the sub, but at least MON made a sub.
Ashley young has no cutting edge I’m sorry controversial I know but it has to be said. He gets tonnes of ball and beats men well but his delivery last night was poor. his decision making as well seems to lack maturity.
All of my moans aside very glad for the result, well done to the team.

Liverpool were average at best but the difference is they have a world class player who can win them a game on his own. We don't. We deserved atleast a draw. Turn the slump round boys and get going in the cups.
Also can't quite understand how Torres got MOTM?

back to back clean sheets, another against Stoke and we really are rolling into the Christmas period!!!
-
i'd love to see this as our starting lineup
Friedel, L Young, Cuellar, Dunne, Warnock, Downing, Petrov, Milner, A Young, Heskey, Agbonlahor.
