  1. I think Benitez dropping to the championship was also a one-off, as he knew he had a good squad capable of getting promoted first time. Even if he left Newcastle, he would easily get a job at another Premier League club who sacks their manager early.

    Who do you suggest?

If you cannot see what type of a manager this club now needs then it would appear your good self and many others indeed live in the stone ages.  B)

Majority happy to throw names around like Moyes, Allerdyce, Warnock, Adkins, etc.. and will be the same people that moan like **** and demand the sack when it becomes evident that they are also **** useless and not what this club needs!

Im pretty sure if his name was Neil Vidal Roberto or some other fancy foreign name, people would say 'get him in' :D Does a job wherever he goes and has an eye for a player too. That free transfer from Rochdale rang rings round us and scored last week.

Not saying he would be a long term solution, but reckon he would get us out of the Championship

Just no. But that is the best GIF in the world ever. I can happily watch it for hours and seeing it just now has brought a small ray of sunshine into a dark day so thank you.

Love it too mate, so funny. I don't think i would seriously want him, but just pisses me off that we spend shit loads and some people can get teams results with no cash. Look at they guy at Wolves, no excuses of time to bed in and players to gel, bang, straight off with the results. Would love that guy from fulham or just a manager that will bloody attack and try and boss the games, instead of looking like frightened pussys. Does my head in.

I couldn't give a sh!t really. That is my thoughts on that matter!

Cmon mate, calm down. I have heard Robbie Savage wants to be his number 2, so where there is a ying , there is yang.

You must be joking! That is the minimum I expect from this appointment!  (refuse to say his name)..

Because you can bet your arse if we are not in the top 4 come christmas then I will be one of the first calling for his head!

Call me unrealistic, I don't give a Donkeys Conkers! I Didn't want This latest appointment so he needs to damn deliver and fast to stand any remote chance of surviving here!.

I bet Bruce is quaking in his boots

You know reading some of this stuff I think that's part of the problem.  In this X Factor World everything has to be interesting !

How many remember the hunt for the successor to Vic Crowe ?  How many debated the merits of a guy who had previously had very average stats at Man City and Norwich ?  A few.

All this is a diversion.  All that matters is that our Manager gets our players to win games.  Everything else is just baloney.

Just seems pointless, for me it's as pointless as saying why don't we go for Eddie Howe or karunka none are coming. Now being reported duchess isn't interested and I don't blame him

Would someone drop down a league to join Leeds or forest because they are bigger clubs than burley or Bournemouth?

Wonder if Prince William knew she applied for the job?

  8. Well, after those tweets from Pat Murphy, this is fascinating. I think it's Dyche.

A very long shot, but just noticed on Oddschecker (got to stop refreshing it every 5 mins for some kind of clue) that Louis Van Gaal has just entered the betting on Betfair at 7/2. Just the kind of name i think Dr Xia would love. Maybe he is a name under the radar?

With that and the Dr now following Phil Neville on Twitter, ok...........i'll get my coat :D

Dyche is interesting. If he would come here, he would be my choice. Interestingly, I recall he was a lot of people's choice when we got Garde in..

If it's Bruce v Dyche, I'd probably take Dyche over Douche*

*nb. If he gets the job, he's no longer a douche.

Wasn't Brian Little a big admirer of him aswell before we got Garde?

  10. Hmmm, seems to be a bit of a move on Sean Dyche , down to 10/1 (was around 25/1 earlier) on Paddy Power, and 2/1 on Betfair Exchange.

    Interesting....

According to the Daily Mail earlier in the week, he was in the 3 man list.

I'll put it out here. On hind sight Lambert worked miracles, I'd have him back

That great miracle he worked against Bradford, will always remember with fond memories...
