Can someone tell me what results are needed for which team to win basically?

I.e. if it's a draw.....

If we win by 6 clear goals, have more corners than them, less yellow cards, 10 more corners and 26 more throw ins, plus win the penalty shoot out at the end by at least a margin of 3 goals to 1, I think we will be overall tournament winners....

I am i sounding a bit thick when I say, that if the Villa v Benfica game ends as a draw, then surely a penalty shoot out against those 2 teams would decide the tournament winners?

Oh we won this because our opponents only managed a draw in their previous penalty shoot out against another club? Just doesnt make sense to me!
