Watched the last hour on a stream and must say a very composed and comfortable result. Mark and Clarke looked liked they had been playing at this level for years.

Gabby must not be 100% then. Would of preferred one of the Delf to start but can maybe understand why his gone with the two big men.

How threatening is Gabby now compared to what he was last year, like the shot which hit Dawson's hand, great upper body strength.

My first reaction was his got to be off but then realised that would be a bit harsh and was at least expecting a yellow.

He was getting knocked of the ball so easy last year that defenders had started to wise up to him, but his new strength has defiantly made defenders a bit more wary of him in my eyes.

Cuellar is a good cb but given the responsibility of playing it out fro the back at RB he is useless and he looks a bit nervy when being run at down the flank like his not sure whether to go in for the tackle or stand-off leaving him in no-mans land usually.

General, you mentioned that members of the Staffordshire regiment will be at Saturday's game. I think it would be a nice gesture for the stadium announcer to mention they are attending to give fans the chance to show our appreciation for the fantastic job they have been doing. The yanks do this at all major venues and when the boat was at P'Can(florida) we went to sea world , and we couldnt believe the ovation they gave us when we were announced, brought a tear to my eye i tell ya !!

Public support for the forces is an area where the US is streets ahead , so so happy to see the General and Randy start moving villa in the right direction.

Good idea, and i would definitely stand up and give an ovation, but my worry is that the reaction might not be like that. With all the criticism over the Iraq war you never know what the reaction from a big group of people like that might be.
