He seems to revel in symbols of violence, and wants to identify himself with them.

 

He seems far from alone in this.  It seems to be something more noticeable in people from the US than from just about anywhere else.

 

I find this very odd, and concerning.

 

 

 

Yep, many people like that out here. Damn, many send Christmas cards posing with Santa with such weapons! Insanity.

Yet one unites Americans and leads to expensive wars. And the other just seems to lead to lots of shoulder shrugging and apathy from many Americans.

Land of the slaves. What I hate most about America is the assertion that they are land of the free and the world leader in Democracy. No, it's a disgrace to Democracy when $$$ buys everything.

 

If there was 90% public support for a bill in a real democratic country in Europe it'd pass in a heartbeat. We can't expect the same standards with the United States, the disgrace that country brings to the word democracy. 

 

Next time I see a stars and strips flag, I will spit on it. Shameful country. Shameful. With an incompetent, cowardly electorate.

I often think democracy is an illusion in America. A land where a major party goes to all lengths in some areas to stop people voting if they think your not voting for them. Some that did vote, had to queue for 7 hours.

I feel a little sick every time i hear the line 'great country'. (Sorry to our American friends who view Villatalk. Just how i feel.)

Forgive my ignorance, but when you see drivers being interviewed in the pit lane/whereever, you always see a female at their side in the team colours. Who are they and what job are they doing? Are they just personal assistants or are they there to monitor the questions being asked?

Anyway, a better F1 season for the viewer than last years dominance by Vettel. But i fear more of the same next season with Hamilton moving down and less competition for the race wins for Vettel.
