I'd like to see him gone simply ebcause I don't think he's the amn for the job and others out there can do better. I'm also dreading seeing who he signs, as I don't think they'll be particularly what we need.

But if he has got to stay, then teh club needs to back him 100% and give him the money to improve the squad. We need 4/5 players minimum if we're going to avoid an embarrassing finish to the season.
