I am in 2017 now. I got Ipswich promoted and then finished 9th in my first 2 seasons. I then moved to Fulham and finished 7th in my first season, 3rd in the second season and then won the Premier League in the next 2 seasons my squad had an average age of 23.

In the summer of 2016 after England fell to 20th in the Fifa rankings, I took the job. We have qualified for the 2018 WC and won all the games so far.

The 2 best signings I made for Fulham were Phil Jones for 4.5m after BBurn got relegated and Paulo Henrique for 9.25m.

Firstly if redundancy is in process, not a chance you will be taken to court or anything for breach of contract.

Most potential employers I have interviewed for will either accept a 3 month notice period or ask "would you be prepared to leave your current role sooner?", therefore they would accept a pretty standard reference from the company you are leaving.

Also if your current company is struggling they might be happy to get your wages of the books and give you a good reference. But only speak to them AFTER you have accepted the new job of course.

Personally I would make the jump to a more secure company regardless of getting a redundancy package worth 4 years.

Choffer, Have you got any e-mails or anything in writing that says there maybe redundancy in the company at some point?

Also, will you need a glowing reference from your current role?

I'm going to Berlin on a Stag Do in July.

I have always enjoyed listening to certain classical music such as o fortuna and music quite similarily grand and dramatic. Especially good at the Grande Place in Brussels with the light show and a beer.

The problem is classical music seems so vast, I don't even know where to start. Anyone know of any 'starter' composers to get into? or what was the first album/piece that got you into classical music? what are your favourite pieces of music?

Sorry for the questions, but I find it as confusing as going to a chinese restaurant where the menus are not written in English!

At this late stage if we replaced Houllier (which I do not want to), it would have to be someone like Gregory. Someone who understands the club and would fire passion into the team and get them ready to fight.

Right Lads, need some advice.

Ive got a gf who I have been with for around 4 months, everything is fine between us and I trust her. But there is this guy who she considers a "friend" that really fancies her. She is a beautiful looking girl and its obvious she is going to get male attention, so I have resigned myself to this.

But today shit has hit the fan when this friend posted this on her fb wall

"One day you will realize that we should be together and run of into the sunset and live happily ever after :)"

What should I do? He knows shes with me yet he talks like this to her? I thought about msgn him telling him to stay the **** away but i know my mrs will go ape if I do. She says that hes only messing around but Ive known for ages that he fancies her. I also know that she does not like him in "that way" because she had the opportunity to get with him before she met me but didn't because she only likes him as a friend.

Am I over thinking the situation?

Nope he is bang out of order, as is your GF for letting him get away with it. He deserves a slap BUT that might get you into trouble.

I would go with a witty retort on her FB wall....something like " she likes good looking guys (like Me) hence the only running she will be doing is away from your ugly mug *smiley face*" Not great but it should help him get the message

If this 'injury' has cleared up, i'd throw him in on saturday in a 3 alongside Petrov & Makoun. Bannan Gabby and Albrighton as a front 3. See how that goes.

I thought he did very well last night. It was good to see a central midfielder who could play 1 touch football. Although NRC was excellent last night, I actually think J2M would play better along side Petrov.

The one bit of play I liked was in the second half (before he went off) was when Wigan were applying the pressure we kept hoofing the ball long. It fell to J2M and he put his foot on the ball and passed it to Gabby and we hit them on the break.
