My mate has lived next door to him for a good year now (lovely houses as you would expect in that part of Solihull) and he has said to me as well as his wife being very attractive that they have not had any trouble whatsoever. I think he is the kind of guy you would find buying a big statue of himself for his garden rather than fighting a random person pissed on saturday night up the town.

He is a loon and a bit of bling bling merchant...but forget his off field faults when he takes to the pitch he has the ability to have a huge influence on the game which few other players can.

We are paying him an awful lot of money so we either sell him or really set up our team to fit him in (as well this might mean soothing his obvious ego) and we could see some fantastic results.

Along with Ireland I think Given, Gabby and Bent should be the spine of our team and players really worth paying good money for unlike a lot of our others who are expendable.

Probably not. Daniel Levy has sold some of their best assets in the past though, and appointed some dodgy managers, George Graham, Glenn Hoddle, David Pleat and Jacques Santini. They've made the CL once.

I admire the way the tottenham sides play the football at White Hart Lane under most managers. Often a very decent quick passing game which is end to end and exciting.

Also I like the transfer policy of signing of getting the best young players and the occasional top quality player. I suppose the benefit is clubs like ourselves always seem to go for the Routledges, Huttons, Walkers and Jermain Jenas cast offs..

Stephen Ireland for me is an absolute disgrace that we got this player in exchange for one of the best players to pull on a shirt for us in the last 20 years.

We are gettig into a situation on and off the pitch now where we cant compete and as I said after the City cup shambles last season time is running out to save ourselves.

This sustainable buissness model bollocks is not feasible in football you require constant investment to get where you were the season before. We are a bit like Arsenal but without the decent young players and our football style is awful. Its only a matter of time (next season) before a club comes for Gabby or Benty and who could blame him if they wanted to go.
