That team really does not strike much fear into the heart to be honest.

I'd expect De Jong instead of Barry and Bellamy or Johnson instead of Adebayor. Its a Good team, dont think they'll title challenge

Milner does not have a track record of being a trouble maker or a tit.

I think a few people at Newcastle would disagree about that. Milner made a fuss and forced his move to Villa for money... two years later looks like hes at it again.

Oh it is all falling apart for England . After this World cup players heads need to fly. Whoever is in charge should focus on bringing in people like Rodwell, Delfounso and other young promising players.

I am not saying anymore on the Milner debate as it will look as if I just randomly speculating . The truth will come out if he goes but as I say at present there is no deal anywhere close nor have Villa decided to sell . If Milner says yes I want to definately go then we will sell but at our price and that price at present is only a Man City price . Unless Real Madrid or Barca decide Milner is the man which aint ever going to happen .

Next season will see subtle changes to the team I believe with Gabby becoming the target man and Delfounso playing off him plus another striker and Weimann who they really rate don't rule out Ashley Young coming inside aswell with Albrighton getting far more of a run . First of all we got to sell Heskey and Carew though but thats the thought process !

Just getting through series 6 of House. Just finished watching episode 16 the one were the baby goes missing in the hospital. Honestly I have to put it up there with my fav episodes of any show. Was awesome..just awesome..and lovely.

Am I the only one who thinks Ireland is a talented yet lazy nutbar who is nothing like Milner and would certainly not work in a midfield two with Petrov? Ireland is not a like for like replacement for Milner in any shape or form, he is more of a Sidwellesque player.. though obviously better.

Agree Ireland would be a good player to have in a 3 man midfield or when pressing a game for a late goal, but no way he could play in the two man midfield MON favours

Can't see it happening in for any number of reasons (we don't need a GK, rumoured price-tag is far too cheap, he could easily play for a top European club), though guttingly Frey has come out and stated he's "unsure" where his future lies. Hopefully Mihajlović can convince him to stay, if he's got to go though it would be some consolation if it were here. One of the best keepers around.

That would be unbelievable, he's easily one of the top 10 in the world. Could really only see it if Friedel retires, as even if we could get him, it'd be madness for a club where we're at to have two keepers of that quality on the books. Would leave Guzan out in the cold, too, though I suppose it would let us loan him out.

Good keeper, didnt realise he was 31, remember when he played for inter milan years ago, cant see him coming here, he'll probably end up at arsenal

If he wants to move to the PL i cant see Arsenal not getting him ahead of us, would be a great buy for whoever gets him

I used to be addicted to House, every day on Channel 5. Then i started noticing patterns and got fed up eventually.

The preacher episode was the best.

You and everyone else . They've changed direction the last couple of seasons, all the medical stuff has become much more background and they spend more time on character drama and got better characters. GOODBYE Cameron. so i'd recommend getting back into it.

Given the situation that is the exact deal i would want. Out of the players being pushed out of City those three are talents that we could potentially develop brilliantly.

But i am hoping that MON and Randy really hold out and try to squeeze these guys for all they are worth... if we try for too much we may just have to keep Milner
