Rumours suggest we are swapping Ings for Bissouma.
Are they actually? Because I just mentioned that as a throwaway comment on here recently with no substance to it beyond me thinking it would make sense for both parties

Agree.
But can you spot the difference between when Liverpool and Man City spent big on players ?
The bloke entrusted with the buying and selling was a guy at the top of his game. - not one still getting to grips with top flight football management.
And still they make a balls of some transfers, because that’s how it works in football - there are no guarantees

Spare a moment to remember that, Lovre Kalinic, is still on our books. WTF???!!!!
8 games he played for us. I hope someone from the work permit office has been in the phone to say “next time we turn you down for a work permit, do yourselves a favour and don’t appeal”

That Ferrari with Leclerc is crazy good.
Be interesting to see if they can keep it up, or keep up with the inevitable improvements that’ll come from red bull in terms of reliability, but they’re building a hell of a cushion at the moment

Lewis does this kind of thing a lot unfortunately. He goes on about winning/losing as a team but he bloody loves to publicly criticise them over and over again.
They make big calls, some times it pays off, sometimes it doesn’t.
He does, also very publicly, aplogise when it’s on him though

Its so broken that a team can pay £100 million for a player and he isnt an automatic first team choice
It’s not like they bought him for the bench though

Minimum of 4 minutes to be added on, ref blows after 93:56. That annoys the crap out of me.

Oh that is a stinker from Mahrez. Game, and likely title, in his hands and he absolutely fluffed it

I have a feeling in the long run this poor lad won’t be poor for long. It’s a stone wall case of an unprovoked assault on a child.
He can name his price to keep this out of court.
I'm sure he'll be offered a meet and greet for Ronaldo to present him with a brand new iPhone or something equally pathetic

Are you talking about one specific model?
I just looked it up on What Car and Auto Express sites and they quote 0-60 of 11 seconds for a few of the models of the Sandero and the Stepway. That sounds perfectly ok to me? It’s not as if you’d often be starting from 0mph to join a motorway.
It’s also claiming 50mpg.
There will be a lot of cars far worse than that.
I don’t have one btw, I just wouldn’t put ‘acceleration’ as my number one item on my list. i wouldn’t say that fairly average acceleration makes a car rubbish when they are usually used for getting to work or going to the shops.
Yeah, talking about the 2016 Dodge Journey. I get about 400km from a full tank, which I believe is 65 litres, (granted, town driving these days - it used to manage about 550km/tank on the motorway)
Again, we're not talking average acceleration - we're talking absolutely no power in the pickup at all. Ever let the handbrake off and rolled down a slight incline? That's what the first 8 seconds of foot to the floor acceleration are like.
Oh, also, Dodges in general are renowned for having absolutely terrible transmission issues
-
Oh wow on the replay he's miles offside - that won't count surely
-
And another one
The game is delivering to be fair to it

No, it's rubbish because it takes dangerously long to get up to the speed limit when joining a motorway
Also, the longer it takes to accelerate the longer it takes to get through the gears, the more fuel you burn

He’s had the game changer beat out of him, so I can’t even see him coming on
I've got the feeling recently that Pep just brings him on to bring him on, rather than actually expecting him to change the game

So that’s it?
It’s rubbish because it takes an extra 2 minutes to get to Morrisons?

Or buy in Baros and sell Solano?
Or buy in Bent and then sell Downing and Young?
Such fun to look over illogical transfer policies down the years.
Yup, it seems to be part of the club ethos.
Need a goal scorer? Buy one and sell his supply.
Need supply? Buy some and take away the goal scorer.
Need wide players? Buy some and then stop using wide players.

I have no idea what’s going on with Ezri. I was one of his biggest fans but he’s been atrocious recently.
He should never have come in for Chambers recently but since he has, he’s cost us a lot of goals.
I definitely think we’ll see a centre half in the Summer. That may mean Konsa goes as he is still a saleable asset. I honestly don’t know if it’s a good decision or not.
Mistakes breed mistakes. It's rampant in our team at the moment, and likely affecting everyone on the pitch who's now either terrified of making a mistake, or terrified of having to cover for the mistake someone else is about to make.
Takes focus of just playing their natural game, subconsciously.

Just now, The Fun Factory said:Another typical Villa signing. Buy an experienced proven goalscorer who then never looks like scoirng. Peak Villa.
It's tried and tested Villa logic.
Have a 1-up-top system that's working reasonably well? Bring in another forward to break it.
Then sign 2 wingers.
Then play one of the wingers as a 10.
Then stop playing wingers entirely.

Yes, I really wih they would.
Just think about it, if they all paid their fair share, everyone might pay lesss!
And the worst thing about it is that you can't even say that or else "well there needs to be loopholes for those who can afford it, because they're the ones who employ people"
They'd still have to bloody employ those people if they paid their taxes without massive breaks

Yes. We didnt need to loan Targett out and brought in another left back as competition
But you've said elsewhere that we tinkered with a position that wasn't a problem. So any kind of left back related activity seems to be stupid by your logic. So again, if we had not done anything with the position, we would still be exactly where we are now.
Are you changing that up now to say that we DID need to bring in another left back? Just trying to figure out how far exactly you'll twist logic to hammer the manager, when there are plenty of actual logical issues that don't need linguistic gymnastics
Blocking/muting users?
