Didn't we have something similar around the Jan window and everyone thought he was off?
Maybe he's just a massive wind up merchant.

I couldn't find this posted elsewhere, but I apologise if everyone's already had a laugh over it.

The redevelopment of Villa Park will unfortunately result in the displacement of approximately 900 existing season tickets in the North, Doug Ellis and Trinity Road stands. Those season ticket holders who are impacted will be contacted separately with more details about their specific renewal process, but they will be prioritised ahead of any tickets going on general sale. The Club understands that this will be a difficult process but are committed to working with those fans impacted to ensure they are accommodated as quickly as possible.
When are we going to be told exactly what they are doing to the stadium? Next week or so?

‘Doing nothing with the Holte’ is a big concern for me. The facilities are still shite in the concourse, and the queues are unbearable (Upper). I’m all for keeping it as it is for atmosphere, but at least improve the facilities.
Concourses in most the stands need to be drastically improved.

I was in the Lower grounds for the Olympiakos game. A few of my takeaways:
- It was rammed (to the point I felt it was over capacity)
- Given the amount of people it was slow to get food, drinks not too bad.
- no where to sit as all seating was full.
I felt it was not worth the money for the service/experience, but even though I’m a member it was the only way to get a ticket.
it certainly felt like more than 800 people, but either way, I felt at least I was helping generate the club more cash.I echo this, we were also there for the Olympiakos game. Was perched on the end of one of the benches for a seat. Food choices weren't great and the ques for anything half decent were ridiculous.
For the price of the ticket I don't think it was to bad, I'd spend more than that in the pubs pre match. My lad doesn't really drink so, he didn't get the full value.
Good concept that needs refining.

He's a complete nutcase and I love him for that. No better goalkeeper in a shootout.
Undisputed s*** house

The NEC is terrible for driving in and out of when there's big events on. Makes the journey out of Aston feel like a breeze in comparison. Also as others have mentioned, we want a multi purpose venue, why would the NEC want us on their door step competing with them.
Can we not build the north stand bigger than originally planned?
Build a car park on the wheels site, Bloose ain't doing nothing

Said to my lad at the Ajax game he looked good, improved performances in the last couple of games. Needs to start and push Konsa back into CB.

We wouldn't have spent anything in Jan of we couldn't. I think we'll sell Emi in the summer while his stock is high, probably Dougie too. Would see around £100m not that I want them sold but, I think it'll be necessary.
How does money for stadium development or a new stadium work?

I have no idea who this is, or what their qualifications are but I found this tweet interesting and seemed to make some sense to me at least.
This makes the most sense. North London was on a worse state than Aston before the new Wembley, Emirates etc.
Heck is right to pause. Take a minute and do it right. In the meantime upgrade and modernise the existing facilities in all stands.

Yeah I was in my usual seat in the upper holte last night and can confirm TV and LG adverts were resoundly booed and jeered.
Mental in the Holte when SJM scored. Night match at VP and a last minute winner - one of lifes truely wonderful unforgettable moments !
Made the 2 hr journey home to Newmarket much easier than it would have been if it had been 0 - 0, or 0 - 1.........
Credit to the opposition and their fans.
Did someone post something before the game that their keeper was their weak link? thought he played well to be honest.
I wouldn't credit their fans, given what I've seen of them waving nazi salutes last night and apparently singing neo nazi chants.

Just wanted that overhead to hit top bins. It'll come soon for him I'm sure.

Was fine last night, was in the upper Holte. It's obviously been better but, not as terrible as some recent games.

Midfield moves in slow mo without him. Class act.
-
Honestly, lost count how many times he lost the ball from a blind pass last night, especially first half.
His ghost back heel from the corner in the second topped off his performance.
-
Anyone but Ollie at this point. Youri or Dougie maybe

Was class last night, his ball to set up Ollie for the goal was perfect, unlucky not to score a trademark banger
