even more so. Normally I wouldn't admit defeat in loosing a player, but he has done pretty much the same as mamouth did, in appearing in the papers saying he wants out. So I wouldn't give Young a send off. I hear Gardner has been training with the first team and is looking like he could start.

Wouldn't the better managers be easier to find? they are normally well known to everybody.

Maybe its not taking so long because the board don't want to spend money, but because they have no idea how to find the right manager for our club and are waiting for one obvious choice to emerge.

The problem as someone pointed out on here, is who do the board go to for advice ? I heard the friday the Holte Pub got locked down they met to discuss who to get and Jol was top of the list with Hiddink, but isnt that just football club running by numbers, where is the insight coming from?
