Lampard would be great. He has been absolute failure everywhere

Burnley bid £20m for Summerville according to Romano, it's been rejected and they presumably won't get him, but shows their ambition. Will be very strong favorites to come back up, as have a very strong squad for that level, and I doubt they will lose many of them, plus they will spend. Although they're being linked to Lampard for new manager which might put a different perspective on things
20m i would say is about what he is worth aurely not many more will go higher than that?

Probably waiting until june 1st to announce it

So I'm selling my house. It's been since last year I agreed a sale price. I got the completion statement finally through about a month ago and since then it's basically been "we are waiting for the buyer or buyers solicitor and then an exchange date can be confirmed."
Is this normal. What is the hold up possibly and why the buyer doesn't seem that arsed. I keep getting fobbed off and honestly I'm close to telling them to stick it and taking it off the market.
Are they in a chain? Maybe there is a delay on their house sale and they dont want to disclose that with you in case you decide to pull out as its taking so long?

This will be interesting. Jim Ratcliffe owns 27% of Manchester United and owns all of Nice. They both qualified for the Europa League, which is against UEFA rules.
I bet they do absolutely nothing it just applies to team like villa

You are right, I don't understand why people automatically assume Maresca will be a failure.
Yes, he doesn't have huge amount of experience, but so far he's done well in his career. Let's watch and see...he might end up being a top manager, who knows.
Probably because the last two have failed and are more experienced than him. Furthermore his form towards end of season was pretty bad with leicester

I have a surprise for you - after that it will be Pink, after that it will be the Robbie Williams, after that it will be Justin Timberlake, after that it will be Drake, after that it will be some other artists.
So don't get annoyed too much.

They'll be up for that one, out for revenge.
I dont think they are gonna care tbh it was so long ago and they have had such massive success since then

Its about the club making money they will obviously advertise it to death to promote it and sell it out. Pretty normal and it will happen more with all the events that will be held at villa park

every flight i've ever been on that gets recommended in the captain's announcement. maybe this incident will encourage folks to actually do it in the future
For sure. More recently Ive also seen people get up when seat belt sign is on and then the captain is having to telk people get back in your seat for your safety.
I do hope it encourages people to keep their belts on. I understand on long flights 10 hours plus it can be tough keeping belt on for that long though

Barkleys best game was that 7-2 against plop. If he can still play like that he will really add something to us

We have Bailey, Diaby, Rogers, Ramsey, and Buendia, that's five players for three positions, we will want at least one more so we have two specialist attackers for each of those three positions, Zaniolo wasn't brought in just because Buendia got injured, we needed an extra an extra attacker
Also there were question marks over Buendia before last season when we were looking to establish ourselves as a great eight club, and there will be even more so now expectations are even higher, as he will have to raise his game to an higher standard, Bailey was in the same position before this season just gone, plus the fact he's coming back from quite a year out, I'm sure he will do fine, but we still need another option
Every reliable reporter reporting that we want at least one attacker, and it just makes logical sense, so I think it's likely to happen, might not be some big name superstar, could just be another with a similar profile to Rogers as a squad option - I say just, if we could find another that has similar impact to Rogers that would be brilliant
And we have no idea id buendia is still going to be the same player after being out so long.
We absolutely need another and a estblished striker to help ollie out. Ollies probably going euros too he wont get much of a break

It’s so boring though. The easiest draw we could get for the “group” would be so shit.
We get two teams from the pot. So if we got barcelona and Leizpig im good with that

Amrabat anyone?
He's begun adjusting to the pace of the game now he's getting more game time. Much rather have him over Bissouma (don't rate him at all)
Big no for me. He has generally been shit most of the season only played well in a handful of games

Which Pot 1 Club do you want to see the most at Villa Park?
I really hope we can avoid the other English sides, home and away. To have waited so long for this only to have to play the same boring Premier League teams would such an anti-climax.
Villa have never played Real Madrid, so I'd love to face them. Just not sure if I'd prefer to play them at Villa Park or at their swanky remodeled Bernabeu.
I read up on this and you cannot draw a English side in group phase so no chance of that happening.
For me Barcelona or real madrid

Alot of my spurs mates say they would happily sell bissouma. I must admit i think he would really add something to us if we could get him for right price
