I quite like the idea of Dean Smith, still early in his in his managerial but done very good work in both his jobs so far.  

I think if you reach a point ,whereby a mangers job depends on getting a win in the next game then its already too late and you should just cut ties and be done with it.  Villa fans extolling the virtues of Bruce tells me that we have , more than likely passed  that point.
