He needs complete licence to work magic. He needs two solid CMs behind him for protection. It's pretty clear GH favourite formation is 4-2-3-1. I would prefer Bannan playing in Ash position with ASh back on the wing.

Ill judge a players performance by watching the game and seeing what they do rather than looking at some stupid picture with a load of arrows pointing in meaningless directions. Downing was poor against Wigan, which has been unlike him this season. Decent player. Still think he has a lot more ability than he shows.

Delphonso just needs a run of games. Im not sure its the right stage of the season to do this considering the position were in, but he just needs to be given 5 straight games to see what he's capable of doing. Tell the lad he will play the next 5 games no matter how many goals he scores. only then will we be able to see how good he is.
