Thank you Tim for giving AVFC another season of Prem. footy. It looked so likely that we were done under Lambert. Thank you Tim for a first FA cup final in years.

I'm not too bothered about today, despite the result and performance being disappointing, it was an obvious distraction for next week. Now get us organised, get us motivated and win the cup! Then we can build for next sesson!

I bloody love that stat. I know it's hard (as others have said quite correctly) to extrapolate Tim's part of this season over a whole season. But I'm very optimistic about next season, and for me, optimism and hope are key parts of being a supporter. You always need to feel that ''maybe we could" feeling, which was absent under Lambert, certainly towards the end of his tenure.

I was pretty 'Meh' about losing Cleverly to Everton in the summer.  Not now.  I want him to stay now that he is looking more like the £8m player that we were quoted. 

What pleases me the most about our Grealish is that he is probably the first of many young players that Sherwood will nurture into becoming first team starters.  He proved with Harry Kane and a few others at Spurs and now with Jack.  He has already sadi he is sorry for the loss of Daniel Johnson but I'm sure there will be more young lads coming through our Academy system that have the potential to be gems.
