Well, I've followed him since my tip. He had a great season for Derby in the Championship when they got promoted. He wasn't too bad in his first premier league season for them too. He also looked head and shoulders above the rest during his stint in the England under 21s. Basically Huddlestone was by far the best prospect Derby had produced for a while up until Barnes and those who oversaw both players development considered Barnes to be at least twice as good as Huddlestone, better technically, more skillful and a lot more pace.

It was basically injuries which ruined him, he was fast tracked into the Derby first team by the age of 16/17, but was picking up injuries at that age. He was rushed back into the first team because he was that good and contributed massively in their promotion season, but these injuries persisted over the next couple of seasons. He had major knee surgery when he was like 19-20 and really, that was it for him, it took a away crucial development and he wasn't the same player. He had a run at West Brom but just wasn't the same, but he's having a pretty good MLS career right now.

didn't he score the winner against albion in a play off final ?

  2. the thing that i'm hopeful is that dr tony seems to have learned from lerners mistakes.whether comoli is a footballing genius is open to debate but at least the good dr has the intelligence to get football people involved.the ex everton guy linked is also a positive.it looks like he's putting a sort of football board together to run the club.no doubt he will have the final say/input but at least he has football knowledge to give him advice.

  4. i don't know if anybody has put forward paul clement.he seemed to be doing ok at derby(he might be in a job for all i know), but if not he does play good football and from the few times i saw derby they looked alright.would have knowledge of our competitors.

  5. a cure for cancer

this is mine.i know people who have it and it's terminal.they all have that cancer look, that gaunt look.it is without doubt one of the vile things of life.

    britain to be a republic.

the premier league to crash and burn and for football to be like it was in the 50's,60's,70's and early 80's so teams like derby, forest, burnley, ipswich, wolves etc could win the league regularly.

all women to have big tits.
