Aston Villa are reportedly set to launch a bid of around £9million for Wigan's France international winger Charles N'Zogbia.

The Wigan Evening Post claims Villa are favourites to land the 25-year-old and are expected to firm up their interest with a substantial bid in the coming days.

New Villa Park boss Alex McLeish is desperate for a wideman to replace Ashley Young, who has moved to Manchester United, while he could also be set to lose Stewart Downing to Liverpool.

McLeish almost signed N'Zogbia for Birmingham last summer but the move fell through due to the Frenchman's high wage demands.

However, Villa should be able to offer a more lucrative contract as they attempt to see off competition from rival Premier League clubs for N'Zogbia. Liverpool, Sunderland and Everton have all been linked with the winger in recent weeks, as well as his former club Newcastle.

Ok so today is the day i can finally upgrade my phone.

Had the iPhone 3GS 32GB on a 24 month contract with 02, and now i can upgrade. Yippee i thought...

Went to upgrade on line and its telling me that to upgrade to just a 16GB iphone 4, staying on my same tariff, which is £37 a month, and taking out a 18 month contract the phone is going to cost me £200! Are people pulling the wool over my eyes when they tell me they have upgraded for free?

Give retentions a call, you will get a much better deal than that.

If by slashers you mean games like Devil May Cry then yeah i dont mind them. Platformers i can get along with. I might check out some gameplay on youtube to help make my mind up.

Massive Uncharted fan. Uncharted Drakes Fortune was the game i originally bought with my Playstation a few years ago and i was instantly hooked on the series. In fact, ive just finished playing through Drakes Fortune again, as when i originally played it though there where no trophies available for it.

Cant wait for the third instalment of the series.

The Football Association have confirmed Budweiser as the lead partners of the FA Cup for the next three years.

The world's oldest knock-out competition will be officially known as 'The FA Cup with Budweiser'.

Budweiser, owned by American parent company Anheuser-Busch InBev, have been the official beer of the Fifa World Cup for the last 25 years.

FA General Secretary Alex Horne believes the partnership with Budweiser can help take the FA Cup "to the next level" in its global reach.

Horne said: "We are extremely pleased to have secured an iconic brand such as Budweiser to be the lead partner of the FA Cup.

"Like the FA Cup, Budweiser has a proud heritage and a long history of being involved in football.
