  1. If you were to drive up and park at the Adventurers in Aston a few hours early there will be enough people there who you can walk with or alternately jump in a taxi with someone from there

  2. I think we do need wingers in this as they should rip Carr and Ridgewell apart but then it's about the delivery. If we cross hard and low so only a touch is needed then it doesnt matter how good they are in the air look at goals against WHU and Wolves as examples even Burnley for Heskey's goal. We could also pull them back from the byline for midfield runners e.g. ireland, other winger and poss sidwell to hit similar to how Lampard scores a lot of goals for Chelsea

  3. Connor Wickham, ITK according to the person who writes aston villa news and views.

also Ian Robbo has it ITK on his site.

Isnt that the same thing or is that a different site?

I know someone who played with him school level etc and said he was standout every game etc. Still sees him and says he's a proper big head etc and that now but confirmed that villa have enquired about him. Him did say he thought he would be at Ipswich at the start of the season though

  4. Ok! Apparently there has been a lot of bullshit going around about the price of beer at at Silverspoons with some even saying that it could be as high as £8 a pint

**Danny has sent a post out to everyone on Facebook confirming that the price of the drinks will be 3 pints for £10**

I think that sounds bloody fair for London at a final :D

Im sure i went in silverspoons before an England game when there was the train strike and they were selling the beer at 3 pints for £10 then so thought it would be the same or at least a similar deal.

  5. I've been using this http://www.buytickets.chilternrailways.co.uk/ticketmatrix.aspx?Command=TimeTable

Looking at the super off peak return £39, but i'd like an open ended ticket if possible!

I'll say again. A super Off Peak Return is valid at ANYTIME on the Saturday or Sunday. This is a FACT. I have just looked again and the cheapest return on Sunday with Chiltern is £19.50. You have to leave from Snow Hill and Marylebone but you can get whatever train you want as it is a weekend and all tickets are valid as someone said earlier in the thread.

This will work best for people who are travelling over the weekend only. If you are travelling back on the Monday then you'll have to get the specific trains.

If you get the 8:40 from Snow Hill then you can be at Wembley Station by 11:05 :D

    http://www.chilternrailways.co.uk/tickets-and-fares/ Under Off Peak.

Looking at the details the super off-peak return is from Snow Hill, change at Gerards Cross and straight into Wembley Stadium. That will be my travel arrangements organised then.

Does anyone know when any official club travel is announced?

Think we are getting the 10:40 from snow hill and the 7:45 from wembley not bad for £19.50 return, saves the hassle of driving and finding a place to park

It is ok to travel anytime on monday with the £19.50 super off peak on the chiltern line as long as you travel after 11:30 - 15:00 i think. I hvae got this train a few times as some of my family live just outside and have travelled between these times on a Monday and a Friday and only paid £19.50 whenever i have travelled
