I just want to echo what everyone else is saying, what a brilliant gesture and it just shows the difference between Aston Villa and other clubs, we are a club with pure class run by men with pure class. Maximum respect.

General i appreciate any attempt you have made to keep Barry but after his statement tonight it seems like he is definitely looking for a move, please lets not get ripped off here, if we have to lose our best player then lets at least do it with pride. UTV.

I know it's been discussed before General, but I would second this. I live about 100 miles from Villa Park and although I am keen to purchase a Season Ticket for next year and onwards, our own TV channel would allow the broadcast of live reserve and youth games which would be a great way to keep in touch with the future and squad players we have. I too have been hoping for our own channel for a long time, please make it happen!

With regards to what someone said about season tickets, i am planning on getting a season ticket in the Holte for next season but the friend i go with (being from London he's the only one i know!) isn't able to get to every match so he will just come to some of them, is there any way of getting a seat that i know won't be next to other season ticket holders so i can sit next to him when he comes? Never had a season ticket before so im not sure how this works.
