  1. To the pro-Lambert fans, I'm assuming you want him to have a 3rd season. At what point in the 3rd season would you say he's either succeeded or needs replacing ? I mean if he marginally improves our home form next season will that represent progress ?? He's starting from a very low base which he has set himself

  2. So when are we allowed to question Lambert, once we are relegated perhaps? Yes, he has had the lowest budget in the league, but he has not made the job easy with some of his decisions. He has been here for a year and a half and people can quite rightly question him.

Even if/when we are relegated, the pro lambert collective would probably argue we should keep him as he's the best man to get us promoted

  3. I think after palace and once Southampton start running rings around us, the crowd will turn en masse against Lambert & his cronies. This season at B6 has been the very definition of unacceptable

And this has been predicted time and time before and has yet to happen.

Why's it so hard to accept that people can see the bigger picture?

Yet to happen because we pulled a result out the bag. WBA at home and Norwich at home were on the verge.

The boos from the Holte had started to resonate out at 0-1 v Norwich and playing poorly

  5. I guess the only table that matters is the one after 38 games.

Then there's the ST renewal table which again will slide over the summer unless we have change.

What happened to the compelling football under project lambert ?

  6. Correct Penguin , it's the time and money you put into going that can make your fuse a lot shorter. I parked in a multi story in Southampton City centre last season for the epic 1-4 defeat. It took 90 mins just to get clear of the car park after the game. Trust me I was ready to do a Michael Douglas in Falling Down.

A few weeks later I watched the 0-5 loss at Ci£y at home on a stream. After the ref blew up I was able to calmly slam the laptop shut and get on with my day.

    I think there's a difference .

  7. I've done it myself when I've been at away games that have say cost me £100 all in, to see the players and manager go through the motions with a gutless display , pathetic tactics and substitutions , I've left the ground fuming and with an empty wallet

It's far less hurtful when we do that and I've watched on a laptop

  8. Could be. She was very thin, wether she was caning it like amy winehouse I don't know.

I think it was alcohol which killed Amy Winehouse in the end. Remember reading there were no drugs in her system at the time.

Apart from 2L of vodka ;-)
