General, hypothetical question. If O'Neill was to leave, do you feel our current board have the knowledge to find a successor? I know you and Randy are learning all the time, but would either of you, him in particular know who and what to look for or is their a 'football man' at the club who would make the decision?

I think it might be. But it starts out as a 4 - 3 - 3, but quickly ends up being defensive. It forces Gabby wider than he should be and we'll let Carew get isolated. We need Carew and Gabby up front.
