General, I was at the Liverpool game and was ejected at half time. along with my cousin and father, the reason given was for swearing. A week later we all received a letter from the Head of security John Handley, banning us for the remainder of the season. We have been attempting to contact the club on numerous occassions, but getting no response at all. I have been in contact with the Football Supporters Federation, and spoke to Malcolm Clarke personally, I explained the situation, he has written a letter to Richard Fitzgerald and is awaiting a reply. We have been loyal supporters, clocking over 100 years, between us. The customer service we have received from the club is non existent and feel very let down by the club. I don't know what more I can do to attempt to get a reply from anyone in the club Lee
