Regardless of who comes in, I just hope they can adopt an attractive and effective way of playing.

Someone who is not scared to drop big names and gives the youth a chance.

Finally, someone who plays formations suited to the players we have and not shoe-horning players into positions that do not suit them.

Also, I would personally like someone who has top league experience. 

I for one would like to see us get Ron Atkinson back.

He has flaws, namely his decision making is occasionally lacking. But his decision making is only going to improve by playing and training with top players week in, week out. I see absolutely no need for him to go out on loan, he's not phased by mens football at all. 

If I had to bet on it, he's going to be an absolute star for Aston Villa and will be playing for England within 2 seasons.
