  1. We'll probably get something at Brighton and against Liverpool - that puts us on 69, leaving Spurs needing 6 points from their next 4 to take it to the final week (I say final week as they play game 37 in midweek against Man City). Their next 4 are Arsenal H , Chelsea A, Liverpool A and Burnley H.

They'll batter Burnley, but the others are not easy. Spurs are so open, that I can't see them frustrating teams in the way that we did at Arsenal and Palace did at Anfield. They only play one way (mate) and that leaves gaps - Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea (as we saw last night) thrive when they're given space to play into.

SHA then have to play at Damson Park instead.🤣

They may as well, most of the Solihull crowd are Blues fans anyway.

Stick your money on Plymouth losing from a very early stage, with Norwich all over Blues but unable to score. Cue a late winner, scenes on the pitch, with all 500,000 of them invading the field (dark ages, etc...), watershed moment, KRO, SOTV matey matey mate etc.

May as well not bother playing the match, it's as clear day turns into night.

  3. They're going to be very good next season.

They've got some squad work to do - Silva needs replacing properly, and Cucurella, Sterling and Mudryk need binning off. If they nail that, and keep Poch then they'll be a huge threat

  4. I get the Luton thing - he shouldn't even have  been put on duty to begin with, but the moment it was pointed out he should have been removed.

I can't accept the thinking that for some reason PGMOL/the PL want Forest to be relegated - the owner is bonkers and they've broken PSR rules, but that wont have resulted in secret meeting where they've decided to screw them over.

They've just had some rotten luck

Well they were league champions after ten games - their fall from the top has been dramatic. 🤭

I looked at this earlier - they took 26 points from their first 10 games (we took 22). They've taken 34 from 22 since, we've taken 44 from 24

imagine having 31 goal contributions in the league and not being 100% sure southgate will pick him :D

The fact there's a doubt is more a slight on Southgate, if anything

  7. He's definitely the weak link defensively. I feel sorry for him because he isnt awful and hasnt regressed as a footballer - it's just that everyone around him has either been signed as a higher level player or improved massively under the new coaching team, so Cash stands out

  8. Monumental result after Thursday.

Means that one of Newcastle and Man Utd can't catch us (as they've got to play each other) and the other would have to win all 6 of their games and hope we don't win another one. West Ham can't catch us.

More importantly, we're 6 points ahead of Spurs - they've got to win their 2 games in hand by 6 goals to go ahove us.

    So close...

    Cash has been atrocious

Not just the penalty, but everything they are doing is coming down his side.

He's constantly out of position, not getting close enough and allowing easy balls across. Then there's all the dumb decisions he makes.

This is true, but he's been out for a month and then played 120 minutes less than 3 days ago - he probably shouldn't have started
