Man City - Man Utd transfers are extremely controversial. I don't that sort of move will happen for a variety of reasons.

Not that I believe it will happen, but United would be ruled out because of their rivalry. Chelsea will be more carefull with their spending from now on, Spurs have already spent heavily on Bale. Wouldn't Richards, even though he is a bit older, fall into the same category? Are Arsenal or Liverpool likely to go for him? If not, I can't think of any reason why he wouldn't want to come here, with so many clubs excluded.

But I don't think it will happen.

dunno about that... unless Micah is a die-hard city fan then if man u came for him then i think he'll go to them. It is rare nowadays to find a premiership player with morals. What has he got to lose if he moves to man u... a few hate mails... booing at the derbies - compare that to what he will get in return... CL football... trophies... larger salary... playing for a bigger club etc

If Micah was to be sold and villa where in for him... it would be intresting to see if we can muscle out some of the competition to get his signature

This goes for other potential signing such as Bent who is being watched by a number of teams

You have to take in to consideration that only fans favorites have YouTube compilations made of them. For example you are not going to find one of Gavin McCann or Liam Ridgewell.

Personally I do that things like that into consideration... its half of the names we've been linked or rumoured with I havent heard of before... so youtube gives me an idea of what they are like and how good they can be

However - IMO - McShane is not good enough for villa

we must be looking to buy 7 or 8 this summer.

I think we need to rbing in an extra 3 players on top of that (i.e cover for defence and midfield) so MON has to have at least 10 players penciled in on his list.

I dont know how anyone can justify £12mil for Bellamy. Yeah, Liverpool may have got him for 1/2mil less than his true value... but £12mil is taking the piss. I'd rather MON use that money for Bent or someone else

As for RB, I reckon Heitinga is worth a punt. Might take some to prise him from Ajax now that they're in the CL next season though. Sonic needs to put in a few words for us with him and his mate Wesley

I've just watched the video and we could do worse than splash the cash on 3 Ajax players. Would that make us Ajax Villa?

He looks like he can distribute the ball aswell - which helps when you got Melberg and his hammer leg

NRC is/was one of their best players so they expected top performances week in and week out. Players like Harewood are shite... so when they play shite the fans cant really complain

I dont know the details... but sometime before the takeover the WHU fans started their hatred compaign agaisnt NRC and many of the other players too. The team had low moral... players were just playing for their pay checks... etc etc etc how can you expect a young player to play at his best with all of that shit going on

Also giving the captaincy to a young player like NRC was always going to be a risk... then again, he was their best player (excluding the illegal immigrate)
