I have a question about this bid being recommended, I have seen some posters claim that the bid will only be recommended if its better than Lerner's but what do you mean when you say that? This is what I am afraid of, I am afraid that AV06's bid will be seen as better by the board because its 8 million more than Lerner's, and I think only if Lerner would match that would it come down to Rothschild looking at the background of the two bids and then deciding which is better for the club's future since they would both be seen as equal as in which is better for the shareholders. What is the priority at deciding which is the better bid, are the shareholders getting top priority, or is the club's future getting top priority. Bottom line, I am afraid that AV06's plans for the future are not as good as Lerner's but that will not matter because AV06's bid is better by 8 mil.
