I think everyone agrees that Stephen Ireland leaving this club would be the greatest thing to ever happen to this club. Given and bent will 100% go and won't be missed so that will be a keeper and striker for sure. I think lambert will know that we need to replace dunne and petrol now so I say centre back and midfielder in. Makoun and Hutton will prob go out on loan again. I'd love to see andros Townsend come on loan to us. I think possibly 5 in 5 out . Tie Weimann Benteke Lowton and Guzan to long better contracts is a must. We know what gabbi can do hopefully next season he will keep producing displays like last few weeks. Bennett Baker Delph will all have a better season next year I think and Sylla and westwood will get better to so that's good core. Plus Gary Gardner and albrighton will be back and prob play a big part next. I hope Clark doesn't play much next season unless he cops himself on to ****

Great job mate.
Weeping from all 3 eyes.
Thanks mate I really found it hard to pick any other song to show our emotions this season what with the whole petrol thing and all I thought this was fitting

McCarthy will prob go to Liverpool or someone like that
Mcmanaman will also prob go to club like Liverpool
I think Paul lambert will be scouring the globe for players like Belgium holland and France and why not. Look at sylla last couple weeks I'm really looking forward to seeing him next year. Our team went from looking the worst squad in prem league to a squad with a hell of a lot of promise Guzan Weimann Benteke Gabbi Baker Lowton and Sylla all look great in my opinion add a couple of players in like a striker midfielder left back and centre back and sell bent Ireland given Hutton dunne and warlock and we start to look fantastic for next year

Yesssssss thank you god thank you arsenal and thank you Aston villa. **** off Wigan ya play with fire eventually you'll be burned
-
Wigan will win tonight it's all there is to it
That confident, huh? They're 8\1, you should put your life savings on it if you're that certain.
Have 60 on Wigan win would never bet against Aston villa ever even if they were 1 million to one and likely to go down just couldn't do it. I predict a lot of anxiety in here by ten o clock tonight. By the way gladly lose 60 on it I'd lose 600 to see villa stay up and more

There's few things worrying me at moment . 1 every soccer pundit has predicted arsenal to win and win comfortably 2. Wigan are on a huge high and even arsene we get has admitted that he'd have preferred arsenal not had a break because they can get very complacent after a break like that. 3. Wigan are going into this game been wrote off all over the board and this is where they really pull out big results . I truly think that 24 hours from now we will all be on the verge of a nervous break down and going into Sunday with our hearts in our mouths this nightmare just won't end for us. God must have aston villa

I know Arsenal badly need to win against Wigan, and probably will, but has anyone considered the following curious fact about that game:
If Arsenal are unable to win, from their point of view it’s probably BETTER FOR THEM TO LOSE THAN TO DRAW.
How come?
IF ARSENAL DRAW, they will be one point behind Spurs going into the last day. To qualify for the Champions League, they must try to win at Newcastle and hope Spurs fail to beat Sunderland. The problem with this is that, BECAUSE ARSENAL HAVE DRAWN, SUNDERLAND WILL BE ALREADY SAFE (barring an almost inconceivable 11-goal swing in goal difference between them and Wigan). So how much hope do Arsenal have that Spurs (chasing Champions League) will fail to beat Sunderland (already safe barring freak results)? Not much. Spurs winning by a goal or two against a team who (at most) just need to avoid losing about 8-0 would seem to be very likely.
IF ARSENAL LOSE, they will be two points behind Spurs, but because of their better goal difference they can still finish above Spurs if they win their last game and Spurs fail to beat Sunderland. However, the big difference is that BECAUSE ARSENAL HAVE LOST, SUNDERLAND WILL BADLY NEED A POINT AT SPURS. A 3-way relegation fight will be on and Sunderland will have to pray for Villa to get a result at Wigan if they lose at Spurs. SPURS WOULD THUS HAVE A MUCH HARDER GAME.
The only way a draw could turn out to be of any use to Arsenal would be if they then drew their last game and Spurs lost at home to Sunderland (who wouldn’t need anything), which seems rather unlikely
So... if Arsenal are drawing with Wigan with seconds to go, and Wigan’s last desperate attack has ended in a free kick to Arsenal on their edge of their own penalty area, what do they do? Do they lump the ball forward with the referee preparing to blow the final whistle and virtually end their hopes, or do they put the ball in their own net to give themselves a bit more hope on the last day (thereby landing Sunderland and Villa in the do-do?).
OK, I know that’s not a very likely scenario... But all the same, if the scores are level going into added time in a game that both teams are desperate to win, the fact that a draw is probably LESS THAN USELESS for Arsenal would make me fear the worst.
Haha no way mate if it's 1-1 say arsenal are not gonna be thinking that. Arsenals only thoughts at this moment is beat Wigan and Newcastle and their getting champions league. I do worry what winger said that he wish arsenal had played at weekend that the break was unwelcomed but there's no way in their last prem league home game 2 points behind their nearest rivals that they will let Wigan win if it's drawing in the last few mins
-
I wish this game was today so we'd know one way or the other the wait is killing me
-
The only way we'll go down is if Arsenal don't manage to get a point at home to Wigan AND Spurs don't beat Sunderland at home. If either of these things happen we are safe. this is all assuming that Wigan will beat us on the last day which is not a forgone conclusion by any means. I'm not sweating it at all.
But saying that it's also not a forgone conclusion that those things won't happen

Arsenal team will be
Szczesny
Sagna
Mertesacker
KosCielny
Gibbs
Wilshere
Arteta
Walcott
Cazorla
Podolski
Chamberlain
Wigan will most likely be unchanged from the cup final arsenal have to do this for us
This ones for all of you
