    If we can somehow quickly fix the midfield we may stand a chance. But if he continues playing KEA Delph Albrighton Holman Ireland we are ****.

    What are the rules on signing players outside of the window ? Is it limited to free agents ?

    I say again, Hargreaves on pay as you go and sit him in DCM.

    We could have taken free agents NRC and Hitzlsperger upon till last week... Nothing major but would still have been an improvement on the current dross.

    Incase you have forgot we have gone from 3 top six finnish to 3 consecutive relagation scraps...

    Its not just the last 10 games as you say!.. we have been shit for 3 years and its all down to the coward lerner.

    10 games in

    Trying to turn around a ship that has been sinking for a while, we were never going to roll over every team we play. If people expected instant turn around they are deluding themselves.

    The woeful Mcleish couldn't relegate us so the better lambert won't either

    serious question, After 10 games what evidence have you got that the the better lambert is an improvment on mcduff after 10 games.

    They are both inept managers punching above there weights and both should never be within 100miles of villa park along with the coward lerner and his bitch of a yes man faulkner.

    People who think we have improved from last season are just muggin themselfs completly off!.

    bennet/warnock no... cuellar/valar no... hutton/lowten no... benteke/heskey no,

    But hey ho we will win a cup and finnish in the top 8 some muggs said when lambert came.

    Sometimes real life should get in the way of the deluded football mug that suffers blind love but that dont seem to be the case with some on here.

    Pull yourselfs together men or is life is that bad you pretend we have improved and all is fine as PL likes to say.

    Oh well at least we still have the pleasure of gettin rid of Ireland, CNZ, Given and Bent and replacing them with some more unknown johnny foreigners and division 2 and 3 players

    I don't recall hearing the board saying they were planning to sell Bent and give Lambert only a small portion of the income.

    Our board is like the goverment mate

    They have been secretly fcukin us supporters for the last few years...

    Enough is enough now, As fans / paying customers we want cups not kids!..

    Jesus if we sell bent its insaine, The blokes goals have kept us in the division for the last 2 seasons...

    Ive got a good idea randy lerner...

    Why dont you sell our best player again for the 5th time running for say about £15m, Then drip feed the manager about £3-4m so he can go out and buy us some more division 2 and 3 players!

    Great stuff... just what we need for a relgation battle.

    My main concern is Lambert doesn't know his best team yet. Players are played out of position, particularly the back 4, but I really want Lambert to succeed.

    Our team needs more quality in all areas. But I can see our summer spend being funded by the inevitable Bent sale.

    Yeah more division 2 and 3 players please paul,

    Just what we need for a relegation scrap!..

    Take Bent out of our team and we'd struggle to finish top 6 in the Championship.

    This is learners mess for asset stripping the club then dripp feeding the previous managers with a coulple of quid here and there

    However in lambert signing division 2-3 players and unknown johnny foreigners with hes couple of quid, over proven quality and experience was a spectacular gamble and imo less than ideal!..

    I will be amazed if we will be into double points come december!
