General, please address the on-line match coverage for those of us on another continent. I spent the entire match looking for a live feed. I would gladly pay an increased fee for AVTV if it could include the matches. Please. No video. Only stats. With all respect, Jack Woodward has the ability to talk for 90 minutes and mention the match action only a few times. It's half-time vs Bolton and I am so frustrated it's a struggle to keep this message respectful. Please. Give us video feed of the matches. Even if it's a delay. I'll gladly pay any reasonable increase in the fee for AVTV

Totally agree with this general.

The match commentaries are very poor. I too have turned to live streams recently as i just have no idea what is going on half the time when listening to Jack Woodward's commentary. Very poor service for those who just cant get to games..

And just would like to add my best wishes to you and your father. I believe life is a journey with many stops, our sojourn here being just one brief enlightening experience..

I really want us to put a strong side out for this one..dont want to see us finishing 3rd really.

Also, i had a German friend once who was an Hamburg fan and i was always talking Villa up to him..i hope we can go there and show them what we can do on our day.

The servers have gone into melt down over here in the States...People in queue's to play on many servers...typically about an hour. Get to a min and i get kicked off by Blizzard!

It puzzles me some that Brian Little as never really established himself elsewhere as a manager, after he left the Villa. I havent the greatest memory, but it seems he only gets offered small time jobs and always gets fired not long after..

Still remember when we got to the FA Cup Final under Gregory i think, and during the build up to the game the BBC interviewed Ellis. He was saying how this was a new start for Villa and how ambitious we were and how we were going to be challenging for this and that...lying F#ck!

13. The Game: First off, I watched the first team practice on Saturday and they were sharp and confident. Of course several of the new players could not play due to injury and others were just joining the team. I thought, like most of you, that this was a good chance to bring home 3 points. At the same time, the key is to never lose. If we could go thru the season ZERO losses, we would be in pretty good shape. Here are my thoughts: 1) I thought both defenses played extremely well. Penetration was made very difficult for us by the way they were marking John Carew and their dedication of one man with Young the entire game. Likewise, our defense was very strongand will only get better as our new players join the squad. 2) I thought the middle of the field was also very restricted...tight play and difficult to get things going. This was NOT due to a lack of effort but it seemed to me that L'pool was set on coming away with a point...in other words, playing NOT to lose. Again, I think that our new players will make a big difference here. 3) Forwards...again, Carew was fronted and backed the entire game.

Also, no new striker which may bite us in the ass.

Yea...thats my worry too. Very light up front and no competition for Carew & Gabby no matter how they play..

1. You will definitely see me in the Holte End for L'pool...as well as the rest of the stands. I would much rather walk the stadium than sit on the step in the Director's Box. I saw the game at my son's house...with my grandson. All of us in our Villa kit.
