Think the 3 fury wilder fights have taken so much out of both of them.

Saying, that would still prefer to see AJ vs wilder than aj vs dubois

Don't want to see Wilder again in a boxing ring. Thought tonight 'might' have been one last roll of the dice from him, but it wasn't.

He's made his millions many times over, is a former champ and needs to sail off into the sunset.

The time to make AJ vs Wilder would have been 2018-2019 when it would have been undisputed, it means nothing now and even less so after that sorry performance tonight coupled with the abysmal defeat to Parker.

Wouldn't mind seeing Zhang and Parker run it back, also would like to see Kabayel against Bakole.

  2. So Matchroom need a Hrgovic and Wilder KO to tie the tournament.

Thought Richards would have too much for Hutchinson, given that Richards lost a very close decision to Buatsi and gave Bivol a tough fight a few years back as well as the fact Hutchinson got battered by Clarke a few years back, albeit at 168. But Hutchinson completely outboxed and dominated him, fair play. Probably time for Richards to hang them up now, having only 1 fight in the 2 years since the Buatsi fight has not helped at all.

Ford vs Ball was a cracker, had Ford 115-113 but can't argue with it going the other way.

Sheeraz has just battered Williams from about the 5th round onwards and deservedly got the stoppage.

Man United under Ryan Mason won something like 10 EPLs in a row in my save, absolute madness.

Who's your most absurd managerial appointment? Ivan Toney was England Manager, Danny Ings was Sweden Manager on mine. Big fan.

Former Spurs left-back Danny Rose, managed us, winning 1 PL, 2 CL, 1 FA Cup and 3 LC. And currently manages Lyon.

Harry Kane has been assistant at various clubs, Elche and Cadiz in Spain, then Lyon, then Bournemouth and now at Newcastle.

The former Celtic centre back Darren O'Dea who was an utterly sh*t footballer has become one of the most successful managers in the game. Won the League and CL at Villa and has done the same at Napoli.

Gerrard has ended up as Saudi manager, what a surprise. His last 3 jobs before that were, Isreal manager, Luxembourg manager and Southend DOF.

They already talking about new dates so i doubt it will

As for tonight its a good card i think hearns team wins. Wilder will beat zhang, and i think hergovic beats dubois in the two main fights of the 5

I favour the Matchroom team to win, just doubts over what Wilder has left and I favour Sheeraz over Williams just. But if Sheeraz stops Williams he gets double points which would put Queensbury in a very strong position.

The only fight I can confidently call is Richards complete outclassing Hutchinson.

  5. In 2044 on my save where I've gone St Albans City, Hearts, Real Sociedad and just resigned from my job at Derby having won a few trophies.

    A few interesting points.

Villa now play in a new ground called 'The Moussa Diaby Stadium'. And have become a 'cup' team. 2 League titles, 3 CL's, 3 EL's, 2 UECL's, 7 FA Cup's and 5 League Cups.

Liverpool haven't won a trophy for 10+ years and regularly finish 15th-16th.

United have won a total of 2 EL's in 20 years and only just about finish above Liverpool.

Newcastle are finally starting to takeover the league despite having the highest net spend in practically every season and have won 3 out of the last 4 leagues.

England won the WC in 2030 but have finished up runners-up in the Euro's 3 times. Somehow Ecuador won the WC in 2026.

And Small Heath are where they belong, plumbing the depths of League 1.

If I was head of F1, day 1 I’d get Monaco cancelled. It’s not even a race, it’s an exhibition event.

Monaco, Saudi, Qatar, Zandvoort, Las Vegas, Miami all binned for a start.

  7. Alpine's trying to take each other out on the first lap as well. That half a lap had the most excitement of any Monaco Grand Prix for god knows how many years.

I know one thing. That Bam Bam/ Estrada fight has the making of a classic.

Got Bam late stoppage on that one, then hopefully go up to Bantam, pick up a title there and work his way up to super-bantam. And hopefully get a Bam vs Inoue in about 18 months time if the Saudi's are willing to put up the money.

Takes nothing away from what he's achieved. A absolute certainty for the Hall of Fame.

No doubt, 18-0 and becoming undisputed is something very very special.

But time to hang them up I feel.

Jack won that with the more eye - catching work. Taylor has definitely lost something from what he once was. And, I still don't see Catterall getting anywhere near the achievements of Taylor.

Since he became undisputed 3 years ago, he's fought 3 times and lost 3 times (twice officially).

His lifestyle has caught up with him, too much boozing etc.
