Prem league meeting , still want to complete another meeting next week

Reading the story it says they want neutral venues but some teams are against that, also need lockdown to be eased which I doubt and I think that the PFA will get involved and players will fear for there families etc

  2. Intresting on the football show on Sky Sports this morning that it will only take 1 club to not agree on neutral venues/not want to play etc and that would be enough but they go on to say theres a group of clubs who are against it and all round the bottom of table. Also if Sky/BT agree something about money it will make decision easier but if not it would be money over health.

I think having Purslow on our side will prove a massive thing.

  3. They have to have a “plan” so when they realise they cant carry on they can say well at least we tried. If lockdown is continued to June noway football will continue, even Germany have pushed back a week after a small spike in cases this week.

BAME individuals seem to be more at risk currently and Dr's etc not sure why so talk of them being moved away from NHS front line.Football is very multicultural so can you imagine what happens if it starts up and BAME players start coming down with it ...

Also this idea that if a player tests positive its treated like an injury and rest of squad carry on is nuts

Yes the idea if you test positive and you carry on like its a injury is a joke! What happens to rest of team surely they would be in contact with that player?

  5. The French teams who have been relegated 1 was miles a drift and another 4 points behind,we have game in hand to get us out so not sure it would work here.

Also in a report it says EFL need 66,000 test to end season in all leagues which is doubtful,so what if the Championship dont end the season how can the top 2 go up?

Football absolutely shouldn’t be going ahead. Taking away my Villa specs for a second.. it would make a mockery of social distancing, games behind closed doors still need staff - why is this “essential”? It’s entertainment only. Not to mention the idiots that would gather outside the stadium in a group to see the team coach come in etc. Personally I’ve lost interest anyway so I won’t be really into it when it eventually comes back either.

I 100% agree with all you say mate.I also say if football goes ahead what message does it send out to the public surely if football starts people will think well if they can play so can we and turn up at parks and play football with friends etc

Tuanzebe has 2 and half years left on his contract plus 1 year add on option. Vida links appear absolute Twitter bollocks. Rondon? Good grief no

All opinions mate I like Rondon and so will others he scores goals, doubt it would happen anyway, could look in Chinese league they all want out of there

I think people expecting a signing tomorrow or before Friday 12pm are going to be left very disappointed. This will go down to the wire.

If thats the case we deserve to go down for not having any signings sorted for Jan when we knew we were already short in the area before Wes got injured

  9. We are getting train to Euston from New St at 11am,was thinking of driving but doesnt seem alot of parking round the ground, could always park Watford and get tube/train into London maybe?
