I would be amazed if we got £9m for him. Can you really see anyone giving us that much for him ?

I know most people want Ireland gone , personally I'd love him to stay and given another chance , one thing I want 2 say, how long as Charlie Adam played in the top league ,so far only this season ? Ireland as played better 4 a longer period ,be it a season back , I know so far hes been poor , but don't u people think he deserves a chance if he stays ? on form Ireland is proven a better player than Adam by far

Noticed a few times he failed to track his man out wide though, Collins gave him a mouth full for it just before he came off. Think he'll be fine when he gets up to speed in this league though. Fortunately we've got a few players in midfield now to have the luxury of being able to ease him in.

99% sure Ged took him off as a direct result of the incident in which Collins bollocked him.

Players seem to be playing for him now , ive never liked him but while hes our manager will get behind him , lets see how we finish this season

We haven't even appointed a manager yet and people are stating the club are going for the cheap option, I think we need to delay our views until we have a manager in the hot seat.

Houllier would be an awful choice in my opinion, i would probablly go for curbishley if i was picking , nothing special but who is thats available? ill support whoever they choose though and not throw my dummy out unlike other so called villa fans
