The Duke Spirit - You Really Wake Up The Love In Me
Liela Moss = the sexiest voice in rock

Dave Grohl's vote wouldn't go to Dave Grohl.
Stewart Copeland's vote, however, would most definitely go to Stewart Copeland. Great drummer, huge douche.

was they taking the piss tonight? what an awful episode to end the series, one of worst episodes of top gear i ever seen. surely they could have come up with something better than blowing up a ghee-whiz.
Sorry, just the shot of The Stig's girlfriend at the pool in a bikini, racing helmet, and racing gloves makes it an instant classic.

Not sure if this one's been mentioned before but I watched the game at Headingley Stadium and a few other Villa fans were there, A couple of them had a great chant, ridiculous? Sure, and doesn't rhyme, but it made me laugh.
To the tune of Karma Chameleon
Gabby Gabby Gabby Gabby Gabby Agbonlahor
He's fast as ****
He's fast as fuuuuuuuuuuuuck
Genius
I think rhyming it with score would be better but never mind.

Lesson for the day: don't let the owners of the only team in the NFL without a logo or crest design one for your football club. I am now much less likely to buy the new kits. Bleh.

Simple answer, no.

I don't mean that Zizou is a saint, but some classic Chris Rock comes to mind: "I'm not saying he shoulda killed her, but I understand."
-
Am I the only one who noticed that Materazzi kicks Zidane as he goes down, before he overacts and curls into the fetal position like the racist pussy fucktard that he is?

Pessimistic. I threw up in my mouth the day Luc Nilis broke his leg, it's mostly been frustration ever since. Bleh.

The Guardian when I'm in England, The New York Times when I'm in the USA. Though I have to say that the Guardian's commentary and coverage of the US election in 2000 was awful, I'd never seen so many thoroughly incorrect things printed as "fact" - well, other than in a Rupert Murdoch rag.
And I wouldn't even wipe my ass with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, it's an insult to my anus.

Got to agree with IainG, Firefox is the way. I also find that graphics look a lot crisper than on IE, and the tabs are super convenient on sites like this one, where you don't want to have to reload the main page after every article or thread you read.

Southampton. They've got a quality groundskeeper, and if there's anything I can appreciate, it's great grass.

None of the above - The New World. I only hope Terrence Malick can get a decent performance out of Colin Farrell.

Steve McQueen is cooler, but Paul Newman - the real life man, not the Hollywood image - is the type of guy I strive to be. And don't forget that all Newman's Own profits go to charities helping disabled kids.

Since most Christmas presents were produced using child slave labor in third world nations, Santa can go **** himself. Happy Pagan Winter Solstice!

Oh, as for the poll, I'd have to go with Other, in my case meaning Mexico. The US-Mexico rivalry has been heating up over the last 5 years, though I'd say there's a lot more hate coming from the Southern side. How can you really hate a country that gave the world tequila, Negra Modelo, Salma Hayek, Paulina Rubio, and Thalia? Los tricolores do seem to bring the best out of the US National Team, thankfully. And an away win in Costa Rica or El Salvador always makes me happy.

Jon, I'm curious, what does the USA stand for, then? If you hate it so much, why do you have one of its most beloved symbols as your icon?

It's a decent candidate for a chant to replace "Seven Nation Army", check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJu611UdfxA. Maybe a little goofier. And lefty chick bass players are kewl.
