  1. The Thermals - Now We Can See It's a decent candidate for a chant to replace "Seven Nation Army", check it out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJu611UdfxA. Maybe a little goofier. And lefty chick bass players are kewl.
  2. The Duke Spirit - You Really Wake Up The Love In Me Liela Moss = the sexiest voice in rock

In jail, no one can hear you scream!
  4. Dave Grohl's vote wouldn't go to Dave Grohl. Stewart Copeland's vote, however, would most definitely go to Stewart Copeland. Great drummer, huge douche.

Motoring journalism is overrated!! Autoweek vs. Top Gear, I choose Top Gear 8 days a week!!

Sorry, just the shot of The Stig's girlfriend at the pool in a bikini, racing helmet, and racing gloves makes it an instant classic.
  7. Gabby Gabby Gabby Gabby Gabby Agbonlahor He's fast as **** He loves to scoooooooore Eh?
  8. Lesson for the day: don't let the owners of the only team in the NFL without a logo or crest design one for your football club. I am now much less likely to buy the new kits. Bleh.
  9. I don't mean that Zizou is a saint, but some classic Chris Rock comes to mind: "I'm not saying he shoulda killed her, but I understand."
  10. Am I the only one who noticed that Materazzi kicks Zidane as he goes down, before he overacts and curls into the fetal position like the racist pussy fucktard that he is?
  11. Pessimistic. I threw up in my mouth the day Luc Nilis broke his leg, it's mostly been frustration ever since. Bleh.
  12. The Guardian when I'm in England, The New York Times when I'm in the USA. Though I have to say that the Guardian's commentary and coverage of the US election in 2000 was awful, I'd never seen so many thoroughly incorrect things printed as "fact" - well, other than in a Rupert Murdoch rag. And I wouldn't even wipe my ass with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, it's an insult to my anus.
  13. Got to agree with IainG, Firefox is the way. I also find that graphics look a lot crisper than on IE, and the tabs are super convenient on sites like this one, where you don't want to have to reload the main page after every article or thread you read.
