Any recommendations for nearby parking?

 

Bringing my old man and little lad - three generations together!

I don't live far by from the City Ground (Southwell) , definately wouldn't park near the ground as it's the annual riverside festival held on Trent Bridge every year this weekend and you won't get to park or go down Victoria Embankment... street parking : park anywhere near George Road in West Bridgford down the road from the cricket ground or near Mundella Road. Might be handy catching the local Tram (where there is park and rides available and they won't be full) to Station Street and walk 10 mins from there which is easily signposted from the stop off. Enjoy!

just got back from the game, the sh*t has really hit the fan now. We really don't look like scoring at all from anywhere on the pitch, can't win a header when its pumped up forward, no overlapping from the wing backs. Gil couldn't clear the 1st man everytime with his crossing/corners he wasn't great IMO.

Wake up and smell the coffee now villa, this is looking very worrying.

How many are approx left now?? This should be close to a sell out tbh.

Have the fans been moved elsewhere rather than past seasons, my tix seem to be in the corner on the east stand?

I love in notts too so its a close enough away game! I assume the pubs around the ground (trent bridge inn, riverbank, southbank etc) will be full of forest so if you're getting into the city centre they're are plenty of places to drink at.. then after that take a 20 min walk along the trent

fixture is now confirmed as SOLD OUT. According to BAFC's official website, tickets are available in person via the club shop at the Pirelli stadium or by calling their ticket office number on 01283 565938.

I have no idea how many seating tickets are left (didn't ask) and it's open sale for ANYONE who attended a home or away game last season, one ticket per ref.

just got my ticket for this about half hour ago... all standing tickets sold out so got seating £12

if you fancy staying there for a lengthy stay and prepared to travel from manchester its £32 return inc. taxes by Ryanair August 4th - 14th... about the cheapest flights I can find atm

I think there should be a thread for travel arrangements.. defo keen for this too but very unsure how to get there! Can fly to Hamburg or Hannover which are probs the nearest airports but getting onwards after that is going to be a bit of a ballache.

already got my tickets several days ago for this, always enjoy going up N'castle. Must win games now from here to the end of the season so the lads need as much support as they can get (dont help being near the clouds up there tho!)

yes thats what the ticket office lady said to me via the phone yesterday... also can't get them if you try online.

I picked 3 up earlier from the ticket office (about 11am) and there was only upper tier left. Theres gonna be plenty of tickets left on matchday I would of thought since i saw a rather large pile of unsold tickets where mine came from!

getting the tube in to putney bridge about 12.30... will see you all in the eight bells!

proud to be a villan after tonight... the atmosphere was electric pretty much throughout the game so a pat on the back for everyone who was there!

got to the finish the job off on wednesday night now which we'll hopefully do, we showed we can play some good football tonight
