Mourinho has come out and said is some players still at United that he wanted rid of 5 years ago. Am guessing Shaw is one of them, probably Martial

Shows how bad the club has been ran that them two have been at United nearly a decade

Off the top of my head there's Shaw, Lindelof, Martial, Rashford

  2. Seems like a little bit of a mess with the national league playoffs. Gateshead finished in a playoff position but have been told they wouldn't be allowed in League 2 after an issue securing a lease with their stadium. So now they won't be allowed to take part in the playoffs. The national league then gave Solihull Moors a bye to the semi final before changing their mind and awarding the bye to Altrincham.

    The difference in squad sizes

To be fair it does seem like Chelsea have included 6 or 7 academy players on their squad list there whereas City only really have their first team.

you are joking, there's a milli second, delay. It just a clear penalty for me, he never got near the ball and he caught the player, it was a stupid foul but it's as clear as day to me. I suppose that's the issue, we all have opinions on it.

I can see why people think it's a penalty but to be fair I'm quite old school when it comes to fouls, I wouldn't give half the ones that are given these days.

How can the first not be a penalty, he doesn't get the ball and goes straight through the player, from behind, who goes down, I'm not sure why it wouldn't be a penalty?

For me it's minimal contact and Reyna stays on his feet in the moments after before deciding to take the fall.

  6. There was one yesterday where the ball struck Digne and it went behind for what should have been a corner. Officials gave a goal kick. VAR then checks for a potential handball against Digne (I don't believe it was) but the ball does clearly hit him. Penalty check complete and play resumes with a goal kick. How? I know VAR is not for reviewing things like corner decisions but when you have literally just watched a replay why is what actually happened then willfully ignored? I think a similar thing happened in Man City v Chelsea too.

First one: City, Liverpool, Arsenal get that all day long. Young boots the Forest player in the foot. It’s a lot more contact than we see given elsewhere.

Second one: 100% a handball, nobody would argue against the decision if a spot kick was awarded. Unless a defender deliberately handles the ball it’s always going to be somewhere at his side. How can they decide what is and what is not “natural” when defending?

Third one: I can’t find a video of it.

Edit: I’ve seen the third one, also a pen. To not get any of the 3 is somewhere between incompetence and corruption.

Only the third one is a pen for me but I don't disagree that the first 2 are often given too especially depending on the teams.
