Go out. Arsenal are everything that's wrong with modern day football, uncompetitive football club now for a few seasons trying to live off just doing enough to finish top 4 and keep financially stable. Even Wenger has admitted trophies aren't all that important and bringing through foreign youngsters seems to be his main priority. At least Liverpool spend all the money they get from Champions League money and try to be competitive... they're just rubbish.
