It is all going to be speculation but wasn’t that the reported cause of Heck’s cocksucker outburst that we would need to pay them x million. 

I’d stick my house on the fact that we will be playing in this years kit tonight, with an announcement on the partnership taking place either today or in the next few days. Even with us paying to terminate the contract with Castore and assuming BK8 earlier, I can’t imagine we’d have paid even more to terminate in the middle of a contractual year rather than at the end of the current one. 
 

This is the same style of brand launch that Adidas did with Newcastle, however they did theirs in September and have been playing in another companies branding all season.

I'd say this actually adds more weight to it being genuine, only adding kits once they have the designs rather than added random concepts - as you'd assume they'd apply generic concepts for home and away in that case?

Could some of that be eaten up by clauses in contracts attached with achieving champions league football or winning a trophy if we are able to achieve these this season.

With very little basis I was thinking most players could have clauses of x% increase if we achieve champions league like the traditional CL teams do for not achieving it or teams build in for a drop out or promotion into premier league.
