  1. Has anyone noticed a difference with the sizing this year, I have ordered the jerseys and players travel jacket, got the travel jacket only so far and it's tiny, I looked at it and the size is medium 10, I think they sent me the ladies or I put on a massive amount of weight, can anyone check there's and see what the sizing says on the item, please

  2. Would I be correct in assuming that the kit sizes:

    Last year's XL = L this year

    Last year's L = M this year

Is the training gear the same as the kits this year or is that a different discussion

I’ve seen a few tweets that it’s truer to size than the kappa gear

Great thanks, usually a medium in all other clothing so I'll probably go down a size from last year's gear

  4. Anyone who already bought the training gear.

Is the sizing the same as the past two years, if I bought large the previous two years would I be safe buying large again or will it be looser or snugger. I could get away with the training gear being slightly and only slightly snugger but could do with the large kits being slightly looser

Are you sure it’s the kit and not your own weight fluctuations???

I have lost a bit of weight over the past two years but i wear the green/black jersey from two years ago and it fits great, last year's black one is still too big,it's the training wear I am more worried about because I can find a jersey in Ireland somewhere to get the sizing on it but not the training wear

  6. Does anyone know what the kit sizes are like in relation to the last few seasons,2 year ago the XL was ok,last year it was to big but the large was thight around the nipples,

Last years hooded fleece in large fits but it's tight and the two large 1/4 zip training tops for great as a large.

I want to buy the blue travel jacket another 1/4 zip training top and the away shirt,

Based on the last two years size info I gave does anyone recommend what sizes I should get in all three item's

Thanks in advance for any advice given

  7. I don't understand why he would want to move,I live in Ireland and growing up it was my dream to play for villa, playing for villa for a local lad should be the top of the pyramid and the ultimate achievement, who cares about winners medals for some other club when you can look back on your career when you have legendary status at the club you love.

  8. Sanson coming in will keep mcginn and Barkley on their toes, any inconsistency and you loose your place, if mcginn and Barkley play well then we win more games than we loose, it's great to have real competition for places,

Dean to Sky sports saying no more deals in January, he’s happy with his squad.

    Sorry I don’t have a link

I seen that too, was really hoping we would get a back up striker in,

Hopefully this means that Wesley is nearly ready to provide that

see this is what i have a problem with

if you see mings conceding the corner as a mings mistake thats fine, personally i dont, he was trying to shield the ball out of play which was the right thing to do, there was good defending in there to win the ball, he didnt want to simply boot it out for a throw in, it was good play by the burnley attacker to somehow play it off mings

    so we've conceded a corner....

we then have the zonal marking issue which leads to luiz and barkley marking mee and i think tarkowski, barkley lets his man go so luiz has 2 vs 1, Mee beats luiz to the ball

it is not mings giving the corner away that is the problem...the stats also wont show barkley and luiz's contributions to that goal which was worse than what mings did

Agree we should ditch that way of defending and have our better defenders on their main treat's.

    agree to disagree

i believe fans like you are looking for faults that simply are not there. i also believe that if that had been any other defender that they wouldn't have had a mistake called out for it.

he did what any defender should do, try and shield the ball out for a goal kick, rather than hoof into touch and keep the pressure on us.

I don't look for faults in our players games, simply want us to keep improving,

Like I said he has been excellent and would be even better if he cut out some sloppy mistakes,

I really don't understand what the problem is with saying that,

Every player has aspects of their game that you would say if they cut that out or done this they would improve,

Again I will say it, he has been excellent

so every time a corner is conceded it counts as a mistake in your eyes? it's hardly like he's sliced the ball and it's gone behind, it was a run of the mill tussle with the attacker (who was fouling mings in the process but pulling his shirt) and it was one of those things where it could've gone either way. he was seeing the ball out the way any CB should do

this is why people believe he's being scapegoated...it wasn't a mistake, far from it, but it's being called one

    No that's been ridiculous,

In that instance he should if dealth with it better, he didn't and they scored.

Im not blaming us loosing in Mings as he has been excellent but if he cut out the sloppy defending he would be much better,

Now what is wrong with sayin that,

    So not actually fact-based, though?

Take the first goal for example.

Should of cleared it and they score from the corner, that will not show up in the stats and a mistake from mings

  14. It's not only about those kind of stats,

During the game Mings seem to be sloppy on the ball and ye get the feeling he is going to do something stupid. Konsa very rarely does anything sloppy. He will be clever and win a free kick in a pressurised situation but mings will try and take on the attacker and loose the ball.

Both have been excellent and if mings was to cut out those aspects of his game he would be a perfect defender

Don't think so, I think they would still have to agree on personal terms

    Hopefully that's the case,

Why would he leave us with the way we are performing to be a bit part player and potentially loose his Brazilian national team spot.

Much more confident he will stay as we continue to progress

  16. We don't have enough quality up front on the bench, we need a striker who actually has scored a goal in his career coming on and giving us something different and Ming's has been poor and sloppy recently, he should of death with wood better before the scored their first goal,

So frustrating to loose that game

Can only speak towards kit because I didn’t get any training wear last year, but the size difference in the shirt is minimal. There’s a touch more room in the body, but nothing anywhere near significant enough for me to recommend people going down a size. If you were happy with the fit last year, stick with the same size this year. Unless of course some quarantine weight has been put on

    🤣🤣 Appreciate that thanks.

No weight put on. I've been working through the vivid crisis as normal so no difference to me.

Was fat last year and still the same fatness this year
