Is a defeat to a lower league side in the cup really that much worse than a defeat to a Premier League team? The end result is the same and it's not like Leyton Orient dominated us or anything.

My main gripe with Lambert tonight is with his decision to rest Guzan and play Given. I'm not trying to scapegoat Shay but he really just can't deal with high balls into the box like Guzan can.

We are failing to win matches because we have only managed a total of 2 shots on target in our first 3 games. You are looking at totally the wrong end to portion your blame.

The shots on target stat is pretty meaningless really - I don't know why football fans obsess over it so much. We did have a lot of shots last night and there isn't a lot of difference between one that just sails over the bar and one that the keeper comfortably stops as in both cases a goal hasn't been scored.

But where did I say that playing Given instead of Guzan was the sole reason why we didn't win? All I was doing was saying that that was my main gripe with Lambert last night. If the attacking players can't finish the chances on the night then there isn't much the manager can do about that but he definitely could've shored up the defence by playing Guzan instead.

don't agree. Given made a cracking save. And to be honest I don't think guzan would have saved the goal. A keeper can't do much if he has baker playing in front if him !

He did, but he also didn't command his area like Guzan does.

The incredible Hulk used to scare the crap out of me. Where he started to change and the camera always showed his eyes changing. Gave me nightmares for years !!

It's absolute shite ! they have just stuck a load of nice looking girls in there to try and get people to watch. I put it on last night to see what all the fuss was about. I'm not holding my breath. The form Arsenal are in, and the fact we cant even pass a ball to a teammate doesnt give me much hope. I just hope we have worked on defending set pieces and a bit of keep ball this week in training. Not even looking forward to going down there tonight !!

Pink Sapphires are beautiful !

My husband bought me one from the jewellery quarter for valentines day. It has an emerald cut pink sapphire and and 4 diamonds either side. 2 round diamonds and 2 emerald cut diamonds. He said the jewellers were great and he basically told them exactly what he wanted and they made it to suit. And mine is 18ct white gold and is perfect. I agree with Laura in that I would rather have good stones than platium. Ill find out the name of the jewellers.
