I totally think he has it under control, for the people that want him to rush out and get just anyone to fill empty positions pffff. Remember Balaban Djemba Djemba etc.... Just have some patience, MON has a proven track record. Playing champ manager does not qualify you as being a REAL football manager.

I'm a believer, some of you i think are just never happy, Ellis has gone we are into a new era with the club we love but some people just cant help bitching and moaning about this that and the other, MON and the board have not let us down yet, the transfer window is not closed, so get a grip on yourselves. I think sometimes some of your are that used to doom and gloom you cant see the woods for the trees. I feel sorry for you people with negative attitudes, i'm sure you will never be happy.
