  1. Leaving aside the mediocre contenders like Southgate and Curbishley for a minute, the more I think about it, the more I think that it is a two-horse race between Sven and Bradley for this job, and thinking realistically, although they are both risky appointments, they both have marginally more positives than negatives.

Sven, I think, is the only manager to have the league and cup double in 3 different countries in Europe, so he knows how to manage a football team, and regardless of what people think of his commitment, has an attitude that would be refreshingly different to that of MON's. He's also managed in the country before, doing a decent job at Man City after Pearce's disaster.

Bradley has also done a good job getting the best out of quite a poor pool of USA players, with the exception of 1 or 2, getting them into the knock-out stages of two successive World Cups, and the final of the Confederations Cup last year where they narrowly lost to Brazil 3-2.

If we presume that Lerner isn't stupid enough to bring Southgate or Curbishley in, and that Moyes, Jol and Bilic won't take the job, then in my opinion it has to be one of those two.

  2. Finally completed the main story! Was never expecting that ending though.

Not sure whether to go for 100% now, it seems a bit pointless, although there are 1 or 2 things I'd like to do.

Also, I never got the chance to finish the 'I know you' stranger missions. After the ending, it just disappeared. Is there any way to get it back?

  3. Finally got into Mexico!

Even though I had to re-start the mission you do to get into it about 5 times because I kept getting killed...

Anyway, which mission is it best to do first once you get there, D's or LR's? Or doesn't it really matter?

  4. Just out of interest...

    *SPOILER*

Has anyone done the challenge where you have to search for the little boy and the man's wife (right at the start of the game in Armadillo), only to find a pool of blood and some clothes for the both of them? I really don't get that. I know the bloke at the end is a cannibal but did the criminal kill the boy and the woman, or did the cannibal eat them?
  5. Finally got this today. Had a bit of a 360 game binge now that my exams are finished, buying this, Blur and Bayonetta.

Have only done a few favours and about 4 main missions so far, but I'm liking it very, very much.

  6. Definitely Facebook for me nowadays. I've been able to speak to so many people that I thought I'd lose contact with forever (pretty much) since I made an account. I agree that parts of it are too much, but if you're sensible and just use it to speak to people you won't have too many problems, although I'm probably biased seeing as it's my age group that uses it the most anyway.

  7. If this happens on the terms and within the time-frame the Daily Mail suggests then I'll eat my entire collection of Lucy Pinder posters.

Bloody hell, where you been?! Don't they have the internet in Argentina?! :winkold:

Haha, I've just been focusing on other things really, haven't posted regularly on messageboards at all over the past 18 months or so.

I've got to admit that I'm a bit confused by your Argentina reference though. :winkold:

  8. Just one quick question from me, which is what will hinge on me buying it once my exams have finished, regardless of how good it's reviews are, has it got a "fun factor"?

I ask this because I used to love open world games, but GTA IV completely put me off them because, in my opinion, it just wasn't fun to play, and I haven't played one since.
