Based on this season I'm no Lambert hater as he's been unlucky with injuries so it's not entirely fair.  That said, what still annoys me is our constant setting out to play like the underdog.  If we actually tried to play a different game we might have some success.  Giving the lads a pat on the back and saying, "keep going and we might scrape a draw" isn't motivating, nor is it good to watch.
