  1. take it with a large pinch of salt (try a decanters worth) but a bloke at my work (who supports Walsall) reckons

that this week Robbie Keane had been seen down Villa Park.

Even though its more than likely bull, he's a player I could always imagine in a Villa shirt........

I can't see Spurs letting him go in January unless they have an instant replacement lined up. That would leave them with Defoe, Berbatov & Mido up front (unless I'm forgetting someone) and Mido has been linked with a move away this window also.

They are rumoured to be swapping Mido with some Spanish chap on loan deals.

Iguess there's not long to wait now to see if this happens.

Oh ok, the few things I read had Pearce at Man City wanting him.

So is business likely to happen over the weekend? Or is it all about Monday/Tuesday?

  3. With regards Reo-Coker, he looks to be a good player if he can regain the form of last season. He hasn't been too hot this season, but that could be down to being de-motivated. He missed out on a move to Arsenal in the summer and had a sulk. That could explain his loss of form, or could it be the 2nd season syndrome where players find things a lot harder? Either way he is a young lad, and has time on his side to proove himself again so I would put in a cheeky bid to test West Hams resolve.

He was their best playing against Newcastle I'm told. Maybe he's back, or he's playing for a transfer :winkold:

  4. Have to say i'm disappointed that MON didn't work out one or two deals in december in order to sign them for the first week in Jan. Given the poor or no cover we have in a few areas...

full credit to the new egghead chairman at West Ham...he's putting his money where his mouth is...they look like being the big spenders this January.

It's not his money, but yeah they certainly don't muck about do they it seems.

  5. I'm about to finish my degree in Commerce (Financial planning/accounting major) and it's not bad. Plenty of grog and parties but you get over the work after 1-2 years.
