This for me is one of the big positives of OGS - we need a manager who WANTS to manage us. I get the impression that for Lambert, Martinez, Rodgers et al it would be more a case of "yeah OK I'll give it a go I suppose".

The fact he's turned down other offers, and like everyone else I'd be interested to see who they were from, suggests that he's not just interested in managing in the PL for the sake of it but interested in managing the right club. Clearly, for whatever reason, that appears to be Villa.

Agree, this should be one of the key points for Lerner when making a desicion. I guess clubs like WBA and Liverpool may have approached him as well...

Solskjær says to NRK today that he turned down to talk to several PL clubs during the last week including teams far higher up the table than Villa. All the right comments from OGS, keep them comming!

Good news from big Molde investor. Just did an intervjue on norwegian tv. Gave a clear indication that ogs is off if the offer from villa comes.

Also confirmed his clause to leave at any time for a pl club.

Trust me, he will join us if we offer him the job.

There seems absolutely no doubt what so ever that ogs will join us if lerner wants him!

OGS landed in Molde this morning with Norwegian. There will be a press conferense at 12.30 CET today at Aker Stadium. Molde representatives was just intervjued and was asked if Solsjkær will lead Molde against Sandnes Ulf tomorrow. He then said: I am pretty confident that he will.

If i was OGS id be pretty pissed being held as a scapegoat!!

I believe that is spot on. OGS is left as the scapegoat. Well timed pull out from Røkke. He was looking for an opportunity to pull out and not getting the blame himself, this was it... my thoughts anyway...

its not a threat, they have confirmed that they will pull out! OGS mentioned that Røkke must have thought of this for a long time. But, I can assure you: Røkke out means Solskjær out.
