Putting tommy up for sale is a massive gamble. Artur Bocuc has proved himself in the scottish league (wow !) - should he not settle - we would only have taylor as reserve. Tommy isn't a top drawer keeper - he is a steady premier keeper - i would like him to stay around.

What about linking well with Laursen?

Is there anyway that concession tickets are interchangable ? - My 74 year old father has a season ticket - but doesn't always feel like going - at the same time my sons like to go to the odd game - ideally I would like to be able to use my fathers ticket - to take one of my kids - (under 12) ....is the over 65 ticket transferable to an under 12 ?

When the 'player' makes such claims his is clearly trying to increase his profile - and is probably desparate for a move.

Benni Mccarthy - looks like the predator we need. I can't beleive the low profile he has considering how good he is.

I like tommy - I know he drops the odd clanger - but overall he is a decent prem keeper. But if we are after more than decent then some of these have been mentioned:-=

Jaskalien - Yes would like him & gettable I would think

Celtic Goalie - don't know his name and don't want to - I don't want any more ex celtic players

Ben Foster - would like him - but can't see MANU letting him go

Green - doesn't really look any better than tommy

Murray - Wolves - looks good but very injury prone

any others ?

Sorry - Imeant to to say 'wot about' - I have no basis whatsever - but I just have hunch - that Ashley Young won't be at VP long term - he may well come good , and wouldn't judge him on a handful of games - I just get the feeling even if he brilliant for us - he won't stay long term

Wot a surprise move to Spurs for Ashley Young - with Defoe coming the other way ? - its a long shot - but given that londoners rarley settle in the midlands - and thay Youg doesn't seem to plug a natural gap at villa ???
