Didn't he give something away on Twitter previously just before news that JG was staying? Not sure if it was last season or 2018

Every single year there's a fan made/concept design that floats around that everybody loves, dunno why they don't just ask the fans or take those ideas. Market research already done for them.

11/10 to stay on Skybet now if anyone fancies a flutter

Story of my Friday nights out on the town
same, but a better metaphor would be snatching at the ball from 40 yards out and it going all the way out for a throw in.
the lad looked lively, played as a right sided forward.

nearly scored

Was surprised to read that the fee United paid was only 17 mill, seems like a pittance now...

David Platt? John Carew?

Very often injured also

Has Dele Alli been mentioned yet? Wouldn't be surprised if we were interested, he's Jack's mate too...

Did Arsenal not score a goal with a man in our wall which is also meant to have been not allowed but funnily enough not reviewed!
Yep, forgot that one!

Ah, hypotheticals. They are great at making arguments to fit a purpose, since it never happened and you can make any outcome you please.
As a counter argument, lets try these, for example:
- If the goal was given to Sheffield, what if we rallied and scored?
- What if Kevin Friend wasn't a complete and utter word removed?
- What if the referees didn't give Bruno Fernandes a penalty for jumping backwards into a planted Konsa?
- What if Wesley wasn't long term injured?
Goal wasn't given against Sheffield United, even if it should have. We stayed up last season based on our points total. Story over except for some sour grapes from others.
As for Burnley, they are riding high after defeating Liverpool. They are due for a stuffing and we are just the team to do it. 3-0 to the Villa.
There were even more examples than that, clear penalty on McGinn away at Spurs at 1-0 up, Hourihane goalbound shot handballed at Arsenal to equalise late vs 10 men, offside goal away v City, any others?

With four games to catch up on I wouldn't be surprised if we brought in a couple, we'll be playing two games a week in the league pretty shortly.

With all this talk of who to leave out it'd be interesting to see a Villa side line up in a 3 - 4 - 3 similar to Wolves with McGinn and Douglas Luiz holding and Grealish and Barkley roaming alongside Watkins. Smith won't do it but looks a good team on paper.

We are now higher odds to go down (30) than to finish in the top 4 (22) on Betfair.
We're under 10 to finish in top 6 and almost evens to finish in the top half, projecting us to finish 11th.
