For me it all depends on how a player leaves. If he slags us off on the way out then I'd find it very difficult to have any respect for him irrespective of what he may have done for us in the past. Certainly there have been players who may have only been at Villa for a few years and not exactly achieved anything who I have applauded - only before the match, though But boo him? No, not as things stand.

Whatever happened to us signing Maloney? At one point this seemed like it was a "done deal". Gone very quiet.

Ive been told by Tony Morley that a statement will be released on Thursday stating that the club has been bought by Randy Lerner and that O Neil has been appointed as manager, I dont know how much truth there is in this but I thought I might aswell post the info i was told
