Someone I know went to China and ended up teaching their for almost 10 years, he loved it! It was part of a TEFL placement.

He’s just chipped off to Canada now.

My other mate is just doing a weekend course at Aston at the moment too so I expect he will be  off travelling around teaching in the not too distant future.

I think big Nic has to play on Saturday – it would be a ridiculous signing otherwise. I also think he’s going to be unloved going forward now that LK is out for the season.

Remember this guy was Danish Superliga player of the season in 2012-13 so he’s got something.

I’ve got  bad feeling about this one, I will be 100% behind them on sat but I think PLs comments will transmit to the players a little bit and they will be a bit flat.

Of course the opposite could be true, and if PL plays fringe players they could be bang up for proving a point.

One thing that bugs me is how all of a sudden they are raking in the cash, they have gone from struggling to make ends meet, to losing it all on costs / f**k ups etc. to raking it in.

Truth is most people don’t require the higher speeds that super-fast BB provides – it’s just all posturing by the providers.

You can happily stream movies and play online for around 10mbps.

Admittedly if you stream live sport via Sky Go for instance, the superfast speeds will make a difference. But most people will watch via their TV anyway rather than stream online.

I had a look the other day and I thought BT provided the best deals for BB, phone, etc

I think Kozak was decent, 4 goals in however many mins he played – not sure what the ratio is, but I bet its ok. Better than Bents doing???

There’s no way Berba will go to ARS. Wenger doesn’t make that type of signing anyway, I’d be surprised if it happened. I also don’t think he is the sort of player PL would go after.

im no expert, but i measured the speed of my BB a couple of weeks ago and it was running at sub 10mbps.

I wish we had firmed up our interest up in Lucas Piazón at the start of the season he’s banging them in for Vitesse now L

I think he’s on loan until the end of this season so maybe we will try again in the summer. Not much use for this window but he is the sort of AM we need.

Apparently we will be signing Michael Mancienne from Hamburg, not bad as a centre half / defensive mid

Seems like a lot of people, including myself were angry last night immediately after the game – now I’ve had tie to mull things over here are my thoughts.

Chelsea’s 1^st goal – not a lot to say about this. It was a fluke, Guuuuz makes the save andTony can’t get out of the way, and it deflects in off his chest - Tony is right to be tracking in because there's a Chelsea player on his shoulder, nine times out of ten Guuuuz palms it away safely.

Villa’s equaliser – Bentekkers, what a player, pure class, was relatively quiet up until that point, took his chance well.

Ivanovic elbow – at the time I thought red. Now on reflection I think it would have been harsh, if it has been given against Okore/Clarke/Vlaar we all would have been livid. He had his eye on the ball all the way and they are tussling. They are both big blokes and they were having a right ding dong all night so I’m not too down about the decision.

Chelsea’s 2^nd goal – putting aside the argument as to whether or not Ivanaovic should have been on the pitch, I think we are still poor at defending high balls from set pieces. We don’t have any presence in the air like we used to with Laursen / Mellberg. In addition, I can’t remember who gave the free kick away, but was it a bad decision by the ref or a poor tackle?????

John Terry’s Handball – do I even need to comment here. Clear handball, ref bottled it.

Refereeing decisions generally – I though in some respects we were quite lucky, Delph and El Ahmadi (and to a lesser extent Westwood) were flying in all over the place which I love to see but I think they might need to be careful as I can see them getting carded more and more. Loved them last night though.

Overall – reasonably happy, just think we derived at least a point, and the handball decision was a joke. And also I used to think Jose was cool, but nowadays I think he a total plank.

Can’t wait for Liverpool on Sat!

i cant actually remember why or how i become to support villa, i think it was to do with 2 towels, one villa, one blues that my mom bought, she said to me pick whichever i wanted and the other would go to my cousin in australia, i chose the villa towel (which i still have to this day and doesnt get used ever) as it looked better and not so cheap, the blues towel was a vile blue colour, which would explain why my cousin is a blues fan

 

but were as most people support a club from their parents, for me it was the other way round, both mom and my departed dad support villa because of me, even my older brother, when my dad died we emptied his flat and found loads of villa memorilbilia that we never knew about, even a villa shirt, upset me alot

The concern I have is QPR. That win yesterday gives them hope and they have Sunderland home next week which is really winnable.

So they could come to B6 on the back of 2 straight wins .

I'd have put my money on Shearer if it had came to blows.  Keane seemed to rely a lot on intimidation, and Shearer clearly wasnt buying any of it.  Shearer is a bigger bloke, probably a lot stronger and no stranger to the dirty tackle himself.  Just ask Neil Lennon.  Or Ugo. 

 Totally agree Shearer would have him on toast.
